Oceanfront Dream Home w/ Jacuzzi

Fun in California awaits you in our awesome vacation home! Literally steps to the beach, the location absolutely cannot be beat. Did we mention the hot tub? With room for 6, you're going to love the beach views and ocean breeze. Enjoy meals and cocktails on the front patio. Our home will be the cherry on top of your West Coast stay- the Pacific Ocean is calling your name!

-There is parking in the driveway that fits only one car. “please note that there is a paid parking structure at Highland and Rosecrans Ave.”
- Please note that while we don't have A/C, we are so close to the ocean that you'll enjoy a lovely ocean breeze in the warmer months!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done.
- License Number: BL-34626
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-There is one parking space available by the laundry area next to the house. It is VERY small, SUVs will not fit, small vehicles only. There is also a public parking lot in front of the house by the beach.
-There are stairs to get to the balcony and its a two story house that is not wheelchair accessible.

Great 5 night stay in Manhattan Beach

Lovely home, great location. morning coffee watching the surfers hitting the early waves. Walks along the Strand, easy walk to restaurants/bars. The home itself can use a little TLC, fresh paint, etc. but otherwise it's fabulous for a week stay on MB with a small family. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. This property is truly all about the location - across from the beach, with a hottub, walking distance to a beach cafe, coffee shops, and restaurants. The home itself was basic, though clean and comfortable.

Great beach house and location!!!

I’ve stayed in various properties in Manhattan Beach and this one was even more amazing than the rest! The location was perfect for getting to my favorite places, taking long walks on the Strand, and lots of room for everyone. We loved the hot tub and clean and comfortable accommodations, will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great beach escape

As advertised and great communication. Convenient location and the perfect getaway. If you have a large van you may not be able to get down the driveway as it is quite narrow. Couldn’t recommend more!

Football Game

Spent a week while going to Cowboys-Chargers game. Great location, beds very comfortable, clean. Parking can be a challenge. Some maintenance needs to be done on "fit&finish"; loose door handles, TP holders, etc. Would visit again

Great Experience for All

The property was exactly as expected! Location was perfect and the views amazing. Propery isn't brand new, but it was comfortable and cozy. The hot tub on the porch was an added bonus. We did not have a car, but were able to walk to the convienence store and food stand within two minutes. Wish the weather would have been warmer and sunnier for us, but we enjoyed the watching the surfers and walking the strand. I would visit again (in the summer!) :) Thank you John for the wonderful stay and experience.

Amazing location, responsive owner

The thing about this house? the location is PERFECT. Right on the water, far enough away from restaurants that it was quiet in front of the house, but a 5 minute walk to breakfast cafe. It's older and quirky (we look for that in a vrbo, rather than cookie cutter), so realize that. The view is AMAZING from the public rooms and the upstairs bedrooms, the vibe is great, highly recommend. We had a couple hiccups, but the management team was VERY responsive and quick to get back to us. We came with our HS-age kid to visit our other kid in college, and the college kid immediately moved in for the week, he liked it so much.

Great place on boardwalk/beach with walk ability. Comfortable home, but needs some maintenance and updating. Considerable signage concerning your white towels…We ended up buying low-cost towels to make sure we didn’t mess up your white towels. Also, you shouldn’t advertise washer & dryer as an amenity because it was only provided as a coin op laundry service. This should have been made clear upfront. Otherwise, my family and I had a pleasant day in Manhattan Beach at this property.

Beautiful home with a perfect location.

The home was perfect for my family of 4. Just steps from the beach with easy access to come and go as we please. The large porch with a sit at bar was easily the best place in the home. Could easily have sat there all day watching the ocean, surfers, and random glimpses of dolphins.

Location is wonderful. Close to great restaurants and facilities along the coast.

Property is older, but reasonably maintained… Some reviews have mentioned challenges on the narrow driveway, some tire rubs an a light scape rim on a rim, but if you come straight in from the road above (43rd?) and are careful should be manageable …. Being older I opted to park on the street and Uber….challenging to find spaces during Summer, lots of parking in the lot below at the beach for visitors… $2+ per hour during 8am - 8pm…

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our week spent in this house. You couldn’t ask for a better location and view. Perfect for families! Only hard part for us was the really small driveway. We rented a smaller car after reading reviews, but still had a a hard time using it. Definitely recommend entering straight on. Other than that the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

Beachy Getaway

The location is amazing and the view is absolutely beautiful. My friends and I love the east access to the beach and the jacuzzi for when it got cold at night. Would 100% recommend and stay again. :)

Review of property

I was told we would be parking in a small garage. We were renting a car so I asked what type of car would fit in the garage. I was told an Escalade but it would be tight. We had a Nissan Pathfinder, there was no garage and the most narrow driveway I’ve ever seen. We would’ve gotten something smaller had we known about the tightness of the driveway. No garage at all, which is fine but if we had an Escalade, it would NEVER have fit in that space. We scratched the rims and it was absolutely nerve racking to get it in & out of the tiny, narrow driveway. The beds were very hard & no AC, but luckily we didn’t need it but the fans we definitely did use. Some of the linens, especially pillow cases had black marks on them so we didn’t use some of the pillows. The view made this house worth the $, but definitely would not stay there again. We weren’t in the house too much as we were doing all the sight seeing activities in the area. Overall, we had a great trip but want to make people aware of the issues we had.
