Upon entering, you’ll find a comfortable lounge equipped with a large OLED TV and a PlayStation 5 with a selection of games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, making meal preparation a delight. The outdoor area has also been revamped, featuring a top-of-the-line ceramic Primco BBQ, similar to the Big Green Egg, perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. The cosy rooftop terrace with ambient lighting offers a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the stunning views. Upstairs, the villa offers three double guest rooms, one with an en-suite shower, and private balconies that make the most of the breathtaking scenery. There is also a separate family shower room on this level. On the ground floor, there are two additional double guest rooms and a separate family shower room.

The villa’s location provides peace and tranquility while being a short drive from the Coral Bay Strip, with its top beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops. The surrounding area includes the charming village of Peyia, St. George, and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park to the west, and Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos to the east.
