NAUTILUS Beach Villa offers Deluxe Luxury 5 bedroom accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. All five bedrooms have their own complete en suite facilities so they can comfortably sleeping 10+ persons. We are happy to supply additional foldaway bed and/or baby cots free of charge.

One master bedroom offers 4 independent spaces, (i) for the double bed, (ii) for a baby cot and play area, (iii) small walk through wardrobe and (iv) en-suite bathroom with bathtub. This master bedroom has a wall that is adjacent to the swimming pool and there are 2 large porthole-like windows facing into the pool, giving you the feeling that you are in a submerged submarine. This inspired us to choose the name of this villa with a little help from Jules Verne. On the other wall of the same room there is a door leading to a small veranda with an outside staircase that leads you straight to the pool area.

The second double master bedroom has his and hers washing basins, a large bed and spectacular sea views through a wall to wall bay window. The views are visible even whilst lying in bed just to add to a well deserved rest.

The sitting room has a 7 metre high glass wall facing the Mediterranean so as to capture spectacular sunsets and sea views. The dinning area is 2 steps away from the pool and also enjoys memorable sea views and sunsets. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the electrical appliances and utensils that will make your holiday much easier and relaxed.

The landscaped garden has been designed taking into account the Zen philosophy, offering tranquillity through a combination of shapes of greens and plants, overlooking the beach. There is a BBQ area with an outdoor dining table as well as a sofa set to help you enjoy memorable sunsets. A 2-way horizontal fountain of water and a couple of Jacuzzi jets in the pool for hydro-massages complete the picture. It is important to note that the swimming pool has an optional water heating system which is available on request.

The main advantage of Nautilus Beach Villa is its fantastic location. Our three villas and a nearby beach bar are the only waterfront buildings in the area. We also have a small convenience store near us. Our other 2 villas listed on VRBO are OCEANOS ref. 809099 and POSEIDON ref. 57683. During the architectural planning of the villas and the subsequent construction earlier this year, we took great care in preserving privacy. As a result, the villas are very exclusive and even though they are next to each other they do not overlook into each others pools. Their landscaped gardens are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller lovely cove which is only 300 yards away. The villas are completely independent from each other with private pools, private gardens and lots of privacy between them, suitable for very exclusive, relaxing and tranquil holidays!

Beaches and the Bungalow: Our beach villas are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller cove is only 300 yards away. They are situated on the outskirts of Kissonerga village at which you could do your shopping, and, visit the local taverns as also a fish tavern only a 5 minute walk from the beach house. In addition the cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay is only about 2km away with plenty of choices for shopping, restaurants and bars.

The Resort also offers for rent a very private one-bedroom bungalow, which is independent from the villas. It has its own patio with outdoor furniture, as also separate landscaped gardens hanging literally over the beach. Sitting outside and watching the sunsets and the sea view is a peaceful experience. The interior offers a double bedroom with air-conditioning unit, a separate shower room, a wc and stylish washing basin, as also a kitchenette. Kindly note that it does not have a swimming pool and does not have use of any of the pools in our resort. The bungalow is available to rent separately and it is ideal for larger groups who rent the villa as well.
