Welcome to Pelican's Nest! This magnificent luxury home is located in the heart of Anna Maria with beautiful water views of the canal. This is your chance to have it all! This home boasts three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a den, a bright and open kitchen, a great room with vaulted ceilings, an outdoor area for grilling and lounging, a pool, and dock for fishing. And if that's not enough to keep you busy, you can set up a match of ping pong downstairs in the game room that also has a TV. There is space for all in this amazing home including a queen sleeper sofa in the den.

Anna Maria's famous white sandy beach is just a short walk away! If you want to head to fabulous Bean Point with it’s spectacular Gulf beaches just load up the provided beach wagons and make the less than 15-minute walk north or take advantage of a golf cart or bike rental to zip around the island with ease. Feel like shopping or grabbing a bite? Pine Avenue with its wonderful boutiques and restaurants is only a short walk to the south.

*Please note there is no boat parking available at the dock.

Perfect two week stay!

We loved our entire stay at this beautiful house! An easy 1 & a half block walk to the nearest beach, the house was beautifully outfitted and very comfortable in addition to a large screened porch with comfortable sofa, table and chairs overlooking the beautiful pool area and the canal. We’ll definitely reserve this home again & truly look forward to our next stay at Pelican’s Roost soon. Barb & Roger Georgia

Great but expected better

The home is beautiful and loved the pool benches and layout and the lounge chairs. They said it was heated but it hardly got warm at night, would've enjoyed a night swim. There's a smell when you walk in that is musty and mossy. Got a candle to help. Was met with ants in the kitchen all week even after getting ant bait traps and cockroaches in the bathrooms. The furniture definitely needs an upgrade and for a multi million dollar house they could at least give you a somewhat comfortable bed? Loved the canal view and privacy and being in the pool during the day but those rock hard beds with scratchy cheap sheets will not make us go back..you dreaded having to sleep in them every night. Was such a disappointment. The communication with the management was immediate but they never said if something got done until I asked.

Fabulous home.

It is not typical of us to write reviews, but this wonders property deserves it. After having to leave a house because of numerous unaddressed issues, we were fortunate enough to find this beautiful place last minute. The house is noticeably well maintained, has top of the line furnishings and is incredibly clean, bright and airy. It is located on a canal in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful sunset views. We are very grateful for our time here. The Radley Family
