Book your vacation and stay in this amazing 2 bedroom + den unit that has the distinction of being featured on a popular HGTV program! An episode of "House Hunters" was filmed highlighting our purchase of this condo. We hope guests enjoy staying here as much as we enjoyed the house hunt!

• Free super high-speed WiFi (this is not your average hotel WiFi).
• 62” Vizio Smart TV and sound bar in the living area. Each guest suite is also equipped with a Vizio Smart TV.
• Luxury bedding (down and down alternative pillows, 400 TC cotton sheets, comforters and coverlets) in both guest suite.
• 2 personal patios; 1 with a west mountain view, the other steps from the pool.
• In unit stacked washer/dryer.
You will be right at home in this extremely spacious unit that boasts nearly 1,200 sq ft. of living space. It has the look and feel of a luxury resort with touches of the mid-century style that makes it truly Palm Springs. The unit has an open floor plan which lends itself to family entertaining and vacation fun! The living room, den, dining room, and kitchen are all open and spacious. The technology offers you a 62" Vizio Smart TV. We provide You Tube TV for your watching enjoyment. Guests can also log into their own streaming apps.
Kitchen:
Home chefs will want for nothing in the beautifully stocked kitchen. Aside from major appliances and a gas stove, it is stocked with Cuisinart small appliances, knives, bake ware, and pots and pans. There are matching dish and glassware sets.
Guest Suites:
There are 2 bedrooms; a primary with king bed and en-suite bath and guest room with a queen bed and separate hall bath. Both rooms are equipped with Vizio Smart TVs and have access to You Tube TV and the option to log into your own streaming apps.
Outdoor Features:
There are 2 patios. Both are furnished with stylish and comfortable arm chairs, a small sofa, and side tables. They are perfect for coffee in the morning with a mountain view or cocktails poolside. It is the perfect location within Biltmore Phase 1! There is also a Weber gas grill for your personal use.

My husband Rick and I purchased in The Biltmore Phase 1 in summer 2015. We intend to live here during the summer and early fall every year ensuring this wonderful condo is beautifully maintained. In the winter we make our other vacation rental in Myrtle Beach, SC our primary residence. Rick is a pilot and I am a retired flight attendant. We have enjoyed the benefits of being in the airline industry for over 20 years which include extensive world travel and staying in every type of accommodations imaginable. We like to think we are uniquely qualified to ensure your vacation in our desert oasis is top notch. While we love living in Palm Springs for part of the year, we are delighted to be able to share our place during the high season. We hope the memories you make during your vacation last a lifetime.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property because we were amazed that the renovations had the level of quality and detail that we would have done ourselves. We were looking for a fixer...but found this gem that was already impeccably fixed. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to move right in. Everything is shiny, new, and gorgeous.
