Conduct\nYour holiday villa is located on a nice residential estate where your neighbours are mainly English, French and Dutch residents who now live in Spain. We ask that you act in a considerate and courteous manner to the neighbours. We expect you to have fun but we also request that noise be kept to a minimum during early mornings and late evenings, particularly around the patio and pool. Please treat the home with respect and be aware that any damage you cause will be charged against your security deposit. Have fun, but respect your neighbours and the property.\n\nSwimming Pool and Maintenance\nPlease note that the swimming pool is a free facility included along with the villa you are renting. It is maintained by local people on the estate, so access to the pool may be required to keep it clean during your stay. All breakages, accidents, problems and losses must be reported to us as soon as they occur so that they can be attended to. As with any home appliances, from time to time they will malfunction and may need repair - we will to the best of our endeavours have any problem rectified as quickly as possible. Repair times may be dependent on third parties such as utility companies. Access to the rental home may be required by authorised maintenance personnel during your stay. Please also used the shower provided next to the villa/swimming pool to remove any sun lotion before getting into the pool as this will help to keep it clean.\n\nForce Majeur\nWe will not be liable for problems or delays caused by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, tornadoes, hurricanes, transportation problems, airport closures, weather conditions or any other event beyond our immediate control. We suggest that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover such eventualities.\n\nPets\nPets are not permitted in the holliday villa unless you have prior written consent from us. This is primarily out of consideration for future guests who may be suffer from allergies or other pet related illnesses. If pets are found in the villa then we reserve the right to have them removed from the property. The security deposit will be forfeited and guests may be required to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies.\n\nSmoking\nSmoking indoors is not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is allowed in the garden, patio and pool areas, but we ask you not to drop the cigerette ends on the floor. Guests found smoking inside the villa will forfeit their security deposit.\n\nGeneral Points\nSwimming pools are great fun and few people would choose a holiday home without one. However they are an obvious source of DANGER especially for young children. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury caused as a result of using the swimming pool in the holiday villa. You are particularly advised NEVER to allow children to use the pool unsupervised.
