Apartment of 35 m2, quiet, fully equipped, very bright, completely renovated with natural materials (wood / plaster).
Located in a detached house ("passive" energy) with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and a large open plot on the SOUTH side.
Located less than ten minutes from EMBRUN, 15 minutes from GUILLESTRE and 3 minutes from the center of the village of CHÂTEAUROUX LES ALPES.
Very calm and sunny environment where you can enjoy an outdoor garden area. (outdoor table and relax chairs)

Access to the apartment is independent. (external staircase to go to floor 1)
Possibility to store equipment in a cellar on the ground floor (bike, skis, etc ...)
Private parking with reserved space for the apartment.
You can easily enjoy nautical activities with the nearby Serre Ponçon lake, the EMBRUN lake or the Eyglier lake; access to numerous stations located around 30 minutes away (Réallon, Crevoux, Les Orres, Risoul and Varses).
And you can also enjoy walking, snowshoeing, cycling or touring skis from the apartment.

Cet appartement est un petit bijou. On a une vue magnifique, c’est super calme, l’appartement est impeccablement propre et il y a même des produits de haute qualité a disposition, par exemple de l’huile d’olive bio et du café fair Trade. Et c’est super pour des familles avec des petits enfants!
