Spacious house of 100 m2 including a large living room with lounge, dining room and integrated very quality fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a mezzanine with a corner office, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed 140x200, a bedroom with 3 beds 90x200 with toilet), a bathroom with dry towel rail, separate WC, utility room with washing machine.
Outside of areas: large balcony of 10 M2 with sun loungers, teak table and chairs, a 20 m2 terrace in larch with large teak table and chairs, a lawned garden, free access to the terraces of the owner of the garden, parking.
