This 3 story townhome sits across from the river, boasting beautiful views of the mountain. The A unit sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the second floor, we have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The top floor has a loft with twin beds and a foosball table for your enjoyment. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite Tv as well as complimentary WiFi to ensure your stay is accommodating as possible. The living area is an open-concept and has a fireplace to keep you toasty during cool summer nights and sought after snowy winters.

This home has 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds to accommodate 8 guests. This home does not permit pets, so Fido has to stay home. The townhome has designated parking but is not sufficient for trailer parking.

**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Great location to town, Skiing and river. We had 4 of us in the room and that worked well. It was clean and had everything we needed for the 4 days.

13th annual redriver ski trip

Location was great, property managers were great, would highly recommend this comapany! The other big rental company there M vacations I would never recommend have had horrible experiences with them! The only complaint I would have is the beds need updated! Also had a great view of the face of the mountain!

Getting to know your neighbors

You will get to know your neighbors very well while staying here. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Floors are also very creaky, dont get up in the middle of the night to pee because you'll wake everyone up.

Spring break at Riverbend 7A

The accommodations were as to be expected. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to stay comfortably. Plenty of towels were provided and anything else we needed. The hot water and the heater worked great. The appliances worked well other than the microwave wasn’t the most efficient. The floor were a little creaky, and the place is a bit outdated, but that was to be expected. The parking was not clearly marked and made for some confusion with other residents. The creek is beautiful and the mountain is within walking distance. Overall, we had an excellent time staying here and would stay again.

After the first night the bathroom off the kitchen was leaking into the downstairs bathroom. I took pictures and videos and txt them to the emergency number I was given, I also called the number and left a message. We stayed with 6 people using one bathroom for another 3 full days. This was unacceptable for the price we paid for the unit. The main reason we picked this property was because they had multiple bathrooms which was had to find in this area to sleep these many guests. The refund that was offered was not acceptable either. We will probably not stay with this company again.

Clean, but needs updating

We enjoyed the stay at this condo. It has excellent views of the mountain and is not too far from the base. The condo needs to be updated inside. The fixtures were old and the carpet needs to be replaced. The parking is awful. We stayed in the unit which was farthest from the entrance and you have to take your vehicle in reverse the length of the condo to get out of the parking lot.

Wonderful place to stay

This property is in a great location, not too busy, but still close to the shops and restaurants. It was a great size, clean and decorated nicely! We had everything we needed.
