Cottage of 60m2 in a farmhouse completely renovated in 2019. Private and secure swimming pool (by retractable barrier), not overlooked, without nuisance.
The cottage is located on a secure property of 5 ha in the middle of olive and oak trees. It is autonomous in electricity (solar panels) and water (drilling). Entrance by electric gate. Ideal for families who love Nature, calm and tranquility.
Ideally located for relaxing, varied and enriching family holidays.

La maison est très belle. Elle est rénovée et spacieuse. Le seul inconvénient est qu‘il n‘y a pas de climatisation. Comme notre voyage était au mois de juillet, il faisait très chaud. Et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause de moustiques. A part cela, tout était bien. La communication avec le propriétaire était prompte. Il nous a tout de suite apporté un nouveau lave-vaisselle car l‘autre était cassé. Merci, Jérémie, on a apprécié le séjour à Mas de Séquier. Beatrice et Ingo
