Please only remove sheets, pillowcases and blankets used, not comforters and pillow shams, those can stay in the room.

All trash should be taken to the trash cans by the street and cans must be in a row along the road with lid opening facing the street.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No excessive noise past 10:30 pm due to close proximity of neighbors

Absolutely no fireworks allowed on the property, including driveway and dock.
