New Construction, second row, single family home with unobstructed ocean views and private in-ground pool (not heated) and hot tub! It's 4 decks give plenty of space to enjoy ocean breezes with breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. Designed for entertainment, our home boasts a private in ground pool featuring LED lights and 2 separate living areas for everyone to spread out and relax. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there's plenty of room to accommodate the largest of families. A new beach access will provide handicap accessible beach access directly across the street. With minimal public parking, you will find this stretch of beach to be extremely quiet and less populated than most other areas on the island. New hot tub and ground level 1/2 bath for 2021! Location could not be better

Loved the house. Communication with the host was great. The location could not have been better for our group. Beach access ramp and crosswalk literally in front of the house. With toddlers and elderly, the ease of access was just priceless. Beautiful view. We'll be booking here again.

We found paradise!

What an amazing house and perfect location! Actually, after staying at many, many rentals over the years, we finally found a PERFECT one! This house has it all! Great rooms with great views, well-appointed kitchen and lots of “beach toys”! A wagon to tote everything right across the street to your beach access, a pool and a hot tub! There’s outdoor dining, corn hole n putt putt! They have thought of everything! The host was amazing to deal with and I cannot boast enough about their customer service! They went above and beyond with the pre-trip communication and you can tell they wanted us to enjoy it all! Cannot them enough for sharing this beautiful place with us! We’ll be back!!! For sure!!! And cannot wait!

Great stay, great property

We traveled with another family to CB for April break, and wanted a property with easy beach access and a pool in case the ocean was too cold...this property was perfect (and the hot tub added to the enjoyment for when the pool was too cold for the adults). Great stay, great location, great property!

Truly the perfect Kure!

This house was everything we needed an more! The pool and hottub were amazing and where our family mainly hung out during the day. The layout of the house is unbeatable. The property manager responded quickly and efficiently to any issues or questions we brought to her attention. The fridge had a strong fish odor that never would go away, terrible but definitely able to over look because you’re at the beach and the house is so spectacular. We also figured there’s not much to be done about it, except a new fridge which is unrealistic. The beach access is so convenient you might as well be ocean front. The views are unbeatable and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! It was much needed down time with family.

Great stay at the Perfect Kure

The house itself is great. It’s newer, well designed, and has the perfect pool and hot tube that we used all the time. We enjoyed the shaded back deck in the mornings and view from the front deck every night. It was really nice having a house stocked with chairs, wagon, putters, cornhole and pool toys. The beach access is unbeatable!!! It’s right across the street and made it easy for my younger boys to come and go safely. In addition, we were thrilled with the local restaurant, bars, and activities at Kure and Carolina Beach. We also spent one day at the local water park and checking out the USS North Carolina. We’ll definitely come back to this area. One challenge was the cleanliness of the house. When we arrived the house looked clean and smelled great. After a little while we noticed that the baby’s feet were dirty and ended up mopping the floors. We also noticed not much had been cleaned under the furniture or in the kitchen cabinets. This is an easy fix. One upgrade this house needs is ceiling fans in every bedroom. Only the master had a ceiling fan and everyone staying in the other rooms mentioned the lack of a fan the next morning. Maybe that’s picky, but makes a huge difference in comfort. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and liked this house specifically.
