Welcome to Sonoran Sun Resort. This luxurious, newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo will exceed all of your expectations for a fantastic vacation to be remembered for a lifetime. New paint, new furniture, new bedding, and all professionally decorated. This is an end unit with an oceanfront wraparound terrace allowing views from Old Port all the way around to the courtyard. The over-size terrace has table and chairs with plenty of seating so you can relax alone or with company. You can't help but enjoy the stunning, unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez, and with the sound of the waves, and star-filled sky over the ocean. Of course, inside this condo is very comfortable as well. With any luck, relaxing inside or on the terrace will be the most difficult choice you'll have to make all day.

You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and the living room has a pullout sleeper sofa. The condo is fully equipped including a full stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker and toaster. Prepare your favorite meals right here or visit any of the many great nearby restaurants. There is also an over sized washer and dryer in the condo. You can make and receive free phone calls to the USA or Canada and we provide free WiFi internet as well.

The Sonoran Sun Resort is one of the most luxurious beachfront resorts on beautiful Sandy Beach. The resort has great touches such as a state of the art fitness center, 2 oceanfront swimming pools (one is heated), 2 Jacuzzis (one adult only) swim-up bar, convenience store, BBQ area, beach palapas, full service spa, tennis court, ample parking, Emiliano's restaurant / bar, and 24 hour security.

This resort has everything you need to occupy your stay without ever leaving. But, of course, it is also very close to bars, restaurants, shopping, sunset cruises, fishing excursions, clam or shell gathering, wave runners and ATV rentals, and a multitude of other fun activities. Beautiful unit, great location.

Stayed there this passed weekend, and loved it. David was easy to get a hold, and answered any questions I had right away. The room was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. Wrap around balcony, gave a view of the stone walk way on one side, and the pool, Sea or Cortez, and Malecon on the other side. A store, Emilio's restaurant, pool bar, and beach are just a few steps away. Looking forward to staying there again.

Very nice and cozy condo!

May I start by saying this was my/our first time in Mexico?? :D At our arrival the condo was really nice, overall clean and the wall decorations with all the cute messages were the cherry on top.
