The villa is perfectly located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the provided wagon to take to the beach was wonderful! Will definitely stay again when I return to HHI!

Attention to detail and location make this a wonderful property.

Lovely stay for 2. Ocean view, direct access to beach, close to Coligny and not too far from Sea Pines. Love all the added storage in this condo, super comfortable bed, lots of towels and hooks, great communication with owner or rep. Great hot water. Slightly dated but the extras make up for it.

Perfect for our needs

The complex is in a great location and this condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We did not need a large place since we were alone and wouldn't be in the villa much, so this was just right for our 5 day stay.

Great for a Couple

It's not big, but is good for a couple or if you have one kid, maybe two if they like each other. Everything was stocked and ready to go. We were missing a can opener and the host was great about getting one from another unit they manage and then having one for our unit by the next day. The location is just out of the real busy area, but plenty close to the Coligny Plaza for a short walk, or even shorter bike ride.
