A wall of windows greets you when you step inside the main level giving you a bird's eye view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Charming decor fills the open floor plan that is highlighted by cathedral ceilings, exposed beams and lots of natural light. Ample seating in the great room gives everyone a spot to get cozy by the gas fireplace after a day of hiking or skiing.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make homestyle meals for your favorite people. A center island with seating for two gives you a place to serve snacks and drinks. With seating for ten, the dining table gives everyone a spot to share dinner and great conversation. You can also dine outdoors on the expansive deck with the sounds of nature all around you.

Decorated with a good night's sleep in mind, there are two bedrooms on the main level. One is furnished with a king bed and the other has a queen.

Upstairs, the loft adds to your living space and gives you a sleeping area for guests too. Two double futons give you the perfect vantage point to watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed on this level.

Great outdoor space is truly a perk offered by The Perch. Offering long range views and stunning sunrises, the partially covered deck wraps around the house. You will love lounging on the porch swing with your morning coffee as you watch the mist rise off the lake.

The Paradise Ridge community offers easy lake access that is within a very short drive ~ less than 1 mile! Located on a quiet cove, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking and lakeside picnics on sunny summer days.

Within a ten to fifteen-minute drive, you will find white water rafting at the Adventure Sports Center, year-round fun at Wisp Resort, numerous restaurants, golf, ziplines and much more.

Be sure to include a trip to at least one of our seven state parks while you are here. Take photos of majestic waterfalls, hike through vibrant fall foliage, canoe on a quiet lake or fish from the shoreline as boats cruise by. There is something for every age and interest.
