2 Double Bed Mini Efficiency Bedroom with 2 Burner Mini Stove Top, Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

This little hotel is a gem. It's nothing fancy but the location is fabulous. Room was clean and well equipped. View from the upper level room deck was fabulous. Panoramic ocean view.

Decent price, great view but…

Checking in process was wonderful! Met us as soon as we drove up. Room was nice but beds looked like someone just sat on the beds and quickly made the bed. Love the view but people smoking on deck around us made it hard to enjoy salt air or leave sliding glass door open to enjoy ocean sounds. They have a small coffee maker in room but don’t provide coffee for it. BYOC. Except for smoking neighbor’s we enjoyed our stay.
