2 Double Bedroom Standard Double with Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Perfect Getaway Location

Loved the location and the access to the beach. The area was beautiful and while the motel is older, they’ve kept it very nice and clean. My daughter, our dogs and I stayed. You are on the very end of the island, which I loved but that does mean a lil drive to get something to eat. My only con is I wish they provided a few extra towels. They provide one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person. Had I known that I’d have brought some from home (you can ask for more for a fee). My daughter and I both have long thick hair- it requires a towel of its own. Thankfully we had a spare beach towel we could use. In the grand scheme of things it’s a minor con.

We have stayed here twice. Best location. Almost at the end of the island.

Great for a little getaway!

This was a great little getaway for our family. It was very clean and the beachfront location was great! We will for sure be back and plan to stay longer.
