The villa " La Mulleterie" is located on the heights of the Sémaphore, popular district of Sainte Maxime (5 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from the Nartelle beach). It opens at 160 ° to a verdant panoramic view of the Sainte Maxime golf course in the Alps. Its 180 m² can accommodate 8 people.

Its contemporary spirit remains in harmony with the typical environment of the Provence farmhouses in the area. In this very calm district, out of all traffic, your holidays will bring you well-being and serenity.

Outside, you will find 2 large terraces surrounding the house. Garden furniture, plancha, shade sail, parasol, lawn for greenery will allow you to relax and enjoy the good times.

To eat, you will have a table for 10 people on a 3rd adjoining terrace. Do not fear the sun, a double parasol will shelter you.

For cooks, don't be afraid, the large kitchen is completely open on the terraces. So you will enjoy all the good times.

The 6x6 swimming pool is secured by an alarm and bodyguards. 8 sun loungers and 2 US mattresses for napping in the pool await you. You have young children, you can prohibit its access very easily. The management of the swimming pool is managed by us except the small daily maintenance.

The interior of the 'Mulleterie' is divided into a 70 m² kitchen / dining / living room with all the necessary comfort - 2 large leather sofas, armchairs, 55 "(140 cm) 4K screen television. You can watch TNT, but a satellite dish is available. The wifi of course.

Each room has a 4K television, a wardrobe, 1 bed of 160 except one which is composed of 2 beds of 90 or 180 (if reconciliation!). individual air conditioning.

A 1st parental suite (bedroom, bathroom, WC) of 17 m² opens directly onto an independent terrace on the ground floor. You will put 2 armchairs to enjoy it.

A second parental suite of 26 m² opens onto a 20 m² solarium with garden furniture. You will have a panoramic view of the Massif des Maures and the swimming pool.

The other 2 bedrooms are very bright and enjoy a splendid view.

The 3 bathrooms all have a shower. One also has a bathtub.

3 to 4 cars can park in the closed car park with an automatic gate. 1 additional place for 1 small car outside.

Security side: The whole villa is made of Securit glass, burglar-proof and with sound insulation. All non-sanitary rooms have shutters managed by home automation.
