Pretty, bright and recently renovated house, around 80 m2 with private parking and enclosed garden. Large shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Recent open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave). TV lounge overlooking the terrace. Some bikes can be made available if needed (on request, at little price, and paid at your arrival) and some outdoor games are available (molky, archery ...)
3 bedrooms (2 140X190 beds, 2 90x190 beds and 1 bench), recent shower room with washing machine.
Bed and bath linen provided (excluding beach towel).
Cleaning at your charge .
Close to shops, and amusement park. Bike trails nearby. 15 km from Les Sables d'Olonne and St Gilles Croix de Vie.
Ideal for families who want to be quiet and enjoy the sea located 1,2 km away ( Beach called Plages des dunes, surf and paddle rentals and lessons).
Deposit of 1000 € will have to be paid at your arrival. Cheque is given back if no damage.

Maison agréable et bien située, stationnement aisé.Cette maison a un joli jardin avec un peu de vis à vis sur le côté gauche. Quelques problèmes pour allumer le poêle à granules et la communication par sms, n'a pas permis de résoudre ce petit souci.un investissement pour un canapé serait à envisagerEndroit calme et reposant.

Ein wunderschönes, super sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und top gelegenes Ferienhaus! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem mit ausreichend Stauraum für eine 5-köpfige Familie! Der große Garten hat vor allem den Kindern sehr gut gefallen, wir Eltern saßen gerne auf der Terrasse. Laure ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation war sowohl vor der Anreise als auch während des Aufenthaltes sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in der Vendée

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Es liegt nur 3 Auto- oder 15 Fußminuten vom tollen Sandstrand entfernt. 3 große Schlafzimmer und eine hübsche Küche erwarteten uns. Der Garten ist groß und gut geeignet für kleine Kinder. Für diese gibt es auch zahlreiche Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😇

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit kleineren Kindern in Brem-sur-Mer verbracht. Das großzügige Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Der Kontakt mit Laure und die Übergabe verliefen problemlos.

Wunderbarer, erholsamer Urlaub am Meer

Der Strand und das Meer können zu Fuss vom Ferienhaus in ca. 15-20 Minuten erreicht werden. Aber auch andere Strände der Vendée können prima per Fahrrad oder Auto erreicht werden. Das Haus liegt ideal inmitten von Brem-sur-Mer, so dass die Geschäfte und der Bäcker zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr praktisch geschnitten (vor allem die drei Schlafzimmer sind ideal). Wir haben uns im gepflegten Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch haben wir die gedeckte Terrasse und das grosse Grundstück sehr genossen. Der Empfang und die Einführung durch die Vermieterin Laure war bestens. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir wollen wieder kommen.

Ottima posizione per l'oceano

Ottima esperienza. Casa provvista di tutto il necessario per trascorrere le ferie in relax, molto luminosa e ben organizzata, giardino recintato ottimo per lasciare in libertà i cani. Zona silenziosa ma vicina a tutti i servizi principali. Spiagge vicine molto belle e accessibili in sedia a rotelle. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili.

Bon séjour dans un logement propre et bien aménagé, les espaces extérieurs permettent de profiter pleinement des journées ensoleillées, l'emplacement proche des commerces et de la plage facilite les déplacements court. VACANCES ECOURTEES DECES DANS NOTRE FAMILLE

Nous n'avons que des compliments à faire sur cette location. Tout était parfait. Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche vers 17H00 et sommes repartis, en raison d'un décès dans notre famille, le lendemain matin. Nous espérons y retourner prochainement. L’hôte que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de rencontrer à été très agréable au téléphone .

Gite confortable et très biensitué.

Le gite est conforme aux photos : confortable, moderne, spacieux , propre et très bien situé. Nous sommes venus pour faire du vélo sur les pistes de la région entre littoral et marais : superbe ! Les plages sont proches (1 km environ) et les commerces aussi. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite !

Nettes sauberes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben kurzfristig dieses Haus in der Vendee gefunden. Buchung und Übergabe liefen absolut problemlos, Laure war sehr nett und gab uns alle nötigen Informationen - ihr Mann ebenfalls ( bei der Abreise, die problemlos sehr früh erfolgen konnte. Merci ! ) Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist innen nett eingerichtet, modern und geräumig. Die Bilder entsprechen dem Originalzustand. Meer in Hör- und Laufweite, aber nach einem Tag am Meer an dem schönen Strand waren wir zu müde zum nach Hause laufen. Ist aber möglich. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt in Gehweite. Bretignolle mit Markt und etwas mehr Auswahl gleich nebenan. Betten waren gut, aber leider nur 1.40 m. breit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Woche im September verbracht. Merci Laure !
