My group had a wonderful time! The view was absolutely breathtaking. The pool was wonderful. The outdoor dining was a definite treat. This place allowed us to have a wonderful girls weekend. It was quiet. It was clean and it was private. That’s really all we wanted. If those things mean a lot to you while on vacation go for it! We were less than 5 minutes drive to the beach and pretty much everything on the island is within a 20 to 30 minute drive so you’re really not far from anything.The property manager Vera was so helpful the entire time. Even prior to us arriving she helped out with recommendations for transportation and activities. When an item was needed during our stay, she brought it over immediately. As a travel agent, I look forward to sending my clients to stay at this location in the future. Thank you for such a great stay.

lovely Villa o top of orient bay

The villa was just perfect for out family vacation over the holidays. it had everything you can need and Emma our host was available for any questions!! Location was a short drive down the mountain to the fabulous orient bay beaches and restaurants. very safe grated location quiet and private. We will definitely be back again.

Great Location, Very Comfortable

The villa was wonderful for 3 friends that appreciate their own bedroom and bathroom. The manager was wonderful and met us hours later than expected due to our flight delay. Anytime we had a question, the manager responded immediately. We loved the proximity to Orient Beach as well as numerous restaurants and grocery stores. It is an excellent property!

This house was the highlight of our trip!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of five. More than enough room for everyone, and fantastic outdoor space including a beautiful pool. The nearby beach was a short drive and very nice. Grocery store and excellent bakery also a short drive away. We didn’t love the island in general, honestly, but our trip didn’t feel wasted because we enjoyed this house so much. Excellent communication with the owner, who was very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to rent from these folks!

Amazing views

The property is located in a gated community with lots of great restaurants, shopping and walking distance to the beach. Amazing view of the ocean and St Barths from the deck and pool. Kitchen and living area are well appointed and clean. Wish the bedrooms had king size beds and maybe new bedding. The bedroom furniture could be updated as well but the outdoor space and living space have all new furniture with a beach vibe. Thank you to Emma who was very responsive whenever we had an issue or question.

Great Home for Perfect Vacation

The home is situated on a hill with sweeping views of Orient Bay. Patio with private pool facing sunrise each day. House was clean, well appointed with comfortable sitting areas inside and outside and perfect for our group of 4 women. Orient Bay and the village below was a 5 minute drive making access to the beaches, restaurants and shops very convenient. The host, Emma, was phenomenal! When we needed directions to the house upon our arrival, she met us and guided us to the house. She responded quickly to questions, even assisting with sending a mechanic to the house to jump start the battery in our rental vehicle when it wouldn’t start. The only suggestion from our group: it would be great to have a drip coffee maker (though there is an espresso maker) and the mattresses were a bit too firm for us. Otherwise, a wonderful experience. Would definitely consider this home again!

This property was everything we were looking for. It is located in a nice neighborhood area and secure. The pool was great, the views were amazing and it had everything you needed. The TV requires a netflix or hulu account as it wouldn't pair with computer, phone or ipad.

Great place to stay with beautiful views

This Villa was clean and comfortable with a beautiful pool and great views. Corrine, the host, was very friendly and helpful. She even loaned us her air dryer because she could not find one to buy in the town nearby. Since the Villa is behind closed gates, it is very secure. The grocery store, French bakery, beach and lovely restaurants are all near by. We didn't want to leave!

Great experience

The villa is great - the ocean view is good, the villa is clean, the pool is great. Communication with owners prior to check in and check out was excellent. The little tips that owners gave us during the check in worked out well - where to buy a fresh lobster, etc.
