A treasured setting for those who live here, inhabitants have graced Terra Ceia's majestic shores for over 2,000 years. Appealing to nature lovers, residents enjoy spending their days hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing or boating. Much of the nearby land is preserved or set aside as state parks including Terra Ceia Preserve State Park, Madira Bickel Mound State Archeological Site, and Emerson Point Preserve. Terra Ceia is perfectly situated, affording easy access to Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Tampa via I-75. It is a convenient 90 minute drive to Disney World.

With over 6,000 sq. ft. of covered space including two large lanais overlooking the large heated pool, the property has ample space to stretch out and relax. You can fish from the private dock, kayak to the Gulf of Mexico, explore the many mangrove channels, take a jet ski tour, or bike around the island.

The upper level has a spacious master suite, two additional large bedrooms, one den/bedroom, two full baths, newly remodeled eat-in kitchen and a great room that opens to the upper lanai with retractable screens. Includes many fine fixtures, quartz counter tops, and three large HDTVs.

The lower level offers other amenities including a pool side lanai, an indoor/outdoor wet bar and additional sleeping opportunities. Please contact owner for additional information.

Quality bedding, bath towels, wash cloths, and pool towels are ready for your stay. Owner lives just around the corner and is readily available to address any issues.

Great house and quiet location!

The house was actually better than the description. Everything was clean! Carl and Jody were very accommodating. We spent a lot of time at the pool and on the dock. Excellent house!

Wonderful home and view

The house, the pool, the view - they are all incredible. The house is clean and spacious. The pool is heated and the biggest pool I have ever seen at a home. The view over the inlet is beautiful both day and night. There are bicycles, beach chairs, a kayak and more available for use. The hosts were responsive without being intrusive. I would love to rent this home again.

Island Paradise

This house is absolutely stunning!!! Very spacious, comfortable, cozy house with all amenities needed for our home away from home. The heated pool was utilized daily and my son caught many fish off the dock. The beds and linens were super cozy and the master suite was absolutely beautiful! Located within 20-30 minutes from St Pete’s Beach and Anna Maria. Property owners live around the corner and we’re a true pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!
