This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Terra Ceia Bay is a little piece of heaven on earth. The condo is beautifully decorated and has an updated, fully equipped kitchen. There is a 180° view of the Terra Ceia Bay from the screened-in balcony. All of the amenities of home are included. Washer and dryer within the unit. High speed Internet and TV.
Enjoy the gulf breezes through this cozy and bright Condo! This lovely unit is the perfect Florida retreat for a family or couple getaway. It is located in the gorgeous Terra Ceia Bay Club. The property is located in a very desirable location with plenty of shopping and restaurants located nearby as well as a short 30 minute drive to Anna Maria Island.

Walking into the unit the kitchen will be off to your left. It is fully-equipped and has a desk if you need to work. The dining room area is right off the kitchen and showcases seating for 4 people. The living room is cozy and offers plenty of seating and a TV for your use. The living room opens to a private lanai with amazing Terra Ceia Bay and Gulf views.

The master suite offers plenty of light with a queen-sized bed, and private bath with dual sinks. The master overlooks the same amazing views of the Terra Ceia Bay and the Gulf. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with easy access to the guest bathroom. This home is ideal for a couples getaway or extended family vacation.

What a View and More
Stayed in unit for 6 weeks recently and enjoyed it immensely. Very clean with all the necessities available to make a long term stay enjoyable. Furnishings, including the bed, were newer and very comfortable. The heated pool and community property was clean and well maintained. Neighbors in the building and surrounding area were very friendly and helpful. A five star property, indeed!
