Welcome to Surfers Paradise! Centrally located in Bradenton and just a short 12-minute drive to the beaches.  This newly renovated family home is 1900 sq ft 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The large backyard hosts a pool, and a grill with plenty of space to eat outside or play cornhole. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies and a 70" TV in the living room. The house can handle 12+ if you want to cram in. Pool heating is available upon request. ENJOY!

It was a beautiful and spacious home, well stocked, comfortable furniture. Perfect for traveling with our elderly mother, having a bed in the same room was perfect. Traveled with my daughter and son and his family and the children enjoyed the pool and all the pool toys...great mini golf course for enjoyment. AC worked perfectly and plenty of hot water for showers...great bathrooms. Will definelty book again next year since we come into town every year around this time.
