Stunning property and awesome host

Both Anne and Thierry are great host and made us feel really welcomed. Even if they don’t speak fluid English, they made all efforts to explain everything and suggest local recommendations for groceries, restaurants, where to go on rainy days…the house is beautiful, immaculate and the surroundings beautiful. I would come back any time and highly recommend this place. Merci Anne and Thierry!

Très bon séjour dans cette maison située dans un cadre verdoyant. En tout point conforme à la description sur Abritel. Endroit très calme mais tout proche de Valbonne (marché, traiteurs,restaurants). Camp de base idéal pour explorer la région.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben uns als Gäste von Anne im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von Valbonne, wo alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens zu kaufen sind. Kurz ist der Weg nach Cannes oder Nizza. Alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus bestens enmpfehlen.

Kleines Ferienhaus mit Pool

Wir wurden sehr nett von Anne empfangen, Check-In war problemlos, wir kamen 2 Stunden später als geplant, erst gegen 20.00. Das Haus war geräumig und gepflegt. Anne hat uns sofort Tipps gegeben, was in näherer Umgebung sehenswert ist, war sehr hilfreich. Die Betten in beiden Schlafzimmer waren ca. 1,40 breit (Französische Doppelbetten), für zwei erwachsene finde ich die Betten einfach zu schmal. Die Küche hatte alles was man für 3-4 Personen braucht, leider nur ein Bad. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nicht vorhanden, diese wäre aber sehr von Nutzen, da das Wohnzimmer den ganzen Tag der Sonne ausgesetzt ist und man es nicht mit einer Markise oder einem Rolladen verdunkeln kann, es wird verdammt warm. Der Pool liegt sehr idyllisch, hat leider keine Aussendusche, dies wäre auch ein schöner Mehrwert um nicht vor und nach dem Schwimmen im Haus duschen zu müssen. Zum entspannen ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet, liegt sehr ruhig und nur 500 Meter von dem schönen Ortskern Valbonne entfernt, perfekt zum erkunden der Nachbarorte.

Elternzeit an der Cote d'Azur

Wir haben unsere Elternzeit Reise in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft begonnen und die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir waren für 10 Tage hier und hatten viel Zeit für uns. Das kleine Häuschen lag wunderschön fern ab von Trubel der Küste und auch auf dem Grundstück schön versteckt, sodass wir ganz ungestört sein konnten. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, dann kann man von hier aus tolle Tagesausflüge starten. Leider gibt es auf dem (kurzen) Weg in den Ort Valbonne hinein keinen Fußweg und kurvige Straße mit relativ schnellen Autos. Mit kleinen Kindern haben wir also auch den Weg mit Auto zurücklegen müssen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Anne hat sich bemüht uns auch für unsere besonderen Bedürfnisse mit Kleinkindern Ausflugstipps zu geben. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit und werden uns immer wieder gerne erinnern und können die Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen!
