Thank you for your wonderful review! We are so happy to hear that you found the property well stocked and comfortable for your stay in Moab. We love providing those extra touches, so it’s great to know the cooler came in handy for your adventures! We also appreciate your kind comments about the cleanliness and easy check-in/check-out process. We would be delighted to host you again on your next trip to Moab!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that these concerns impacted your stay. We do wish they had been brought to our attention while you were at the property, as we would have been happy to assist right away. The garage is accessed by keypad rather than a separate opener, and we could have quickly helped troubleshoot the code if we had known there was an issue. We also would have immediately addressed the hot water and any cleanliness concerns with the kitchen items, as dishes and silverware are expected to be clean and ready for guest use. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure these items are checked, though unfortunately we weren’t given the opportunity to verify or resolve them during the stay.
