The home is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, liquid body wash, shampoo. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
All bedrooms are located upstairs in this unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it’s own TV. There is also a full bathroom located upstairs. The ground level also includes a walk-out patio, living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and washer and dryer room. The walk-out patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs.
The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, side by sides, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab Car show.
This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community that the unit is located in) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Nice large place to stay easily fit our family of 5. The pool and hot tub are right across from the garage. The property is a little further south of town than expected, but otherwise checked all the boxes for us.
Moab Fault across highway from unit and La Sal Mountains in distance greet us from the windows encouraging adventures to the parks. Unit is spacious, quiet, clean and well stocked.

Great location. Wish the hot tub had better hours.
Nice development on the outskirts of Moab. Condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Host answered any questions we had before trip. Beautiful pool area.
Good clean property. Communication with property owner was excellent and prompt. Location was great for Moab Park (Arches) activities (Jeep off-roading) and dining.
Large condo close to Moab. Excellent location near the pools. Kitchen had all things needed to make meals and the layout is perfect for family to spread out.
