Perfect Location

What a great location for New Years. We were able to ski at Beaver Creek and Vail very easily. The condo has a very well stocked kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. We loved the setup of the the two stories and the large table in the family room. Plenty of space! The neighborhood is very quiet and pretty. Thank you for a great stay.

Christmas break ski trip

Close to vail and beaver creek, convenient location and plenty of room for 8. Very responsive host and available for anything we needed. It is a duplex, and seems that noise levels can be an issue both ways. Neighbors seemed to get up quite early (4/5am) which we could hear and lights/cars waking you up in the morning. We picked this unit because it didn’t mention issues with noise or time limits on hot tub use. We were disappointed to quickly find time guidelines on the hot tub use and neighbors complaining of noise/lights right away prior to 10 pm after we used the hot tub for first time. Temperature was only 84 and took some time to heat up so we were in later than anticipated, but nothing extreme. Felt not so private, but again - There are neighbors sharing a wall.

Perfect Spring Skiing retreat!

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Avon for a week of spring skiing. Convenient to Beaver Creek and shuttle parking lots. Vail just a bit further away, bit just as easy. The house was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for a family of 8, especially during covid times. The living space was spacious, comfortable and was decorated with a cool mountain vibe. The kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms and TVs as well. There was ample space in laundry area for jackets and ski wear, while the garage kept our ski gear secure and dry without cluttering up the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Avon and Beaver Creek. Gerri was responsive and very helpful getting us settled in on a hectic travel day. We appreciated her kindness and attentiveness to ensure we had a delightful stay. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Great place to stay for skiing Vail and Beaver/or Creek.

Centrally located between Vail and Beaver Creek, this townhouse is 10 minutes from either resort. Plenty of room and well equipped. The private hot tub clinched it.
