This comfortable and attractive home has four spacious bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, bunk room) and a loft (queen futon) -- great for two families! Located 1 mile from Beaver Creek Ski Resort and 10 miles from Vail.

This sunny and artfully decorated 4 bedroom + loft, 3.5 bath home is ready for your winter visit. This home is equipped with a new gas fireplace, hot tub, Wi-fi, Hi-def TV (2) and blue ray player.

The main floor includes a living room, kitchen + dining area, bedroom 1 w/ king bed & en suite bath, bedroom 2 w/ queen bed and a second bathroom. The lower level has bedroom 3 w/ king bed & en suite bath, bedroom 4 w/bunk beds and second bathroom, lower level living room and laundry area. There is a loft with a queen futon and electric piano. Beds are very comfortable with new linens; sheets are high thread count.

2 minute walk to bus to Vail or Beaver Creek.

Housekeeping before and after your stay. No smoking, no pets allowed. This home is one half of a duplex. Plowing service is provided.

Our home has been in our family for 40 years, since it was built. We have lovingly taken care of it and we continue to make improvements. Our home has everything you need for your vacation but is not cluttered, so you will feel welcome and comfortable.
