Super clean thoroughly sanitized vacation home with a 6 person hot tub, in a fully enclosed cedar gazebo with ambiance lighting. Water is changed and the hot tub sanitized between guests. In the heart of Wellston Michigan! Lovely 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home with knotty pine, satellite TV, DVD! There's more! A/C, WIFI, on-demand hot water heater so everyone gets a hot shower! This super clean home that sleeps 11 is the one you've been searching for and couldn't find in Wellston!

The living room sports 1 leather sofa,1 leather sectional, and one recliner, so everyone can sit comfortably and visit or watch TV! There is a fireplace also!

The attached screened in deck has a futon that can be used as a bed when weather permits. There's also a fire ring in the back yard with plenty of seating, plus picnic tables and swing set, and a open deck with a propane grill. Shaded front yard and spacious back yard are fun for everyone!

NO SMOKING (except for outside, screen porch included), and NO PETS in this clean vacation rental. Towels & linens are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - 2 refrigerators, one with an ice maker/water dispenser, and a second refrigerator, perfect for fisherman and large groups. Electric oven/range, dishwasher, 2 toasters, 2 coffee makers, microwave, hand mixer, popcorn popper, dishes, glasses (wine, champagne, shot), pots, pans, silverware, utensils, bakeware.

4 bedrooms plus an alcove sleep up to 11 people in real beds! A porta-crib is also provided. Two full baths, one with a walk-in tile shower with bench complete with wall heater, the other with tub/shower combo. Both baths have fans as well.

Bedroom 1: King Bed with TV & satellite. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with TV & satellite. Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunk Set w TV/DVD. Bedroom 4: Twin over Full Bunk with TV, DVD & satellite. Alcove - 2 XL Twin Bunk Set for the tall guys.

Wellston, Michigan is sheltered deep within the Heart of the Manistee National Forest, on the NW side of Lower Michigan. Enjoy the best of nature. Wellston is the place for outdoor activities because it's in the midst of nature’s year round playground, offering activities such as biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, hunting, morel mushroom hunting, skiing, swimming, snowmobiling, and so much more. The fall Salmon run is amazing, plus Wellston is just minutes from the Little River Casino.

Wellston has 1 diner, 1 bar restaurants, 3 tackle shops, a grocery store, 3 convenience stores (1 with a meat counter, less than a mile away) and more to meet your vacation needs. Just a few miles to the Dublin General Store with over 50 varieties of world-famous jerky. Less than 10 minutes to Tippy Dam and less than 10 minutes to the backwaters! And just a couple minutes to Fishermen’s Headquarters, Pappy's Bait & Tackle shop. Close to Irons - Oak Grove Tavern & Brooks Corner.

This rental came equipped with everything we need. House was very clean. It was spacious and provided privacy with the amount of rooms. Ive been to alot of VRBO's but none have had the comfortable beds like this one. Hot tub was definitely a bonus and very relaxing after a days worth of fishing. We will definitely come back!

This is a great property. We had 3 adults and 4 teens and we probably could’ve fit two more. The backyard has an amazing fire pit and hot tub and a deck. The inside is super clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The area is perfect. 10 minutes to hiking and kayaking 30 minutes to the beach.

The little town Wellston is actually my hometown. I graduated from Brethren High School, and grew up fishing every fishing hole, and bicycling all over The Wellston Dublin area, skiing and snowmobiling (of course). After a couple of decades in environmental drilling, I moved on to get my contractor's license and real estate license, and have spent the last 14 years learning more about creating an amazing vacation rental than I ever thought I would know. I pride myself on offering a vacation home where guests are even more impressed when they arrive than when they see the listing online. I also know how important it is for families to have a space to share and be comfortable in. When I find myself saying, 'you know, it would be great to have...', I start working on making it happen for my customers.

Why they chose this property

Wellston is such a hidden treasure. And this home is right in the middle of all of it. There's a new playground just a couple of blocks away at Crystal Lake. The beautiful beach at Crystal Lake is 3 blocks away. Fishing within walking distance. And we've all watched the Dublin store transform into the local phenomenon it is, with it's famous Dublin Jerky. Out on the main drag, there is the White Tail Party Store, M-55 Market (great steaks!!!), The Cozy Kitchen, Redneck Yacht Club, Pappy's and the Dublin General store which is just a few miles away has great jerky & fudge. Keep on going to Irons, and you'll run into the Oak Grove Tavern and Brooks Corner

What makes this property unique

The 6 person Hot Tub & Gazebo has been completed and is ready for your enjoyment!! Plus LCD TV's in every bedroom. We also have installed 2 beautiful electric fireplaces, one in the living area & one in a bedroom. We already have A/C, WiFi, big screen plasma TV in the living room and a fabulous kitchen set-up. Little extras matter - supplies well stocked.. That's why I try to make sure you have starters of all the extras many other places don't provide - hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, starter paper products, trash bags, plenty of outdoor seating. Suggestions for extra amenities welcome!
