Splendid two-bedroom penthouse located between Cancellada and Estepona.
Its geographical location facing the sea is undoubtedly the strong point of this property.
Located on the top floor of a quiet building. With two terraces, one with direct access to the pool on the roof of the building.
It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen and a living room dining room.
Wake up every day facing the sea with a panoramic view from Marbella to the Rock of Gibraltar...
You will have direct access to the pool on the roof of the building via your terrace. It was completely renovated in 2020.
The sea is located a few meters away on foot.
Access to your Apartment by elevator.
Upon your arrival, you will be personally welcomed at the penthouse in order to have the keys and receive all the information relating to the proper functioning of the penthouse.
On the day of your departure, this same person will come to check out in your presence and thus release your rental deposit if everything goes well.
Throughout your stay, you will be in contact with us and we can help you if you have any concerns. We can also advise you on places and restaurants not to be missed.
The penthouse is located a few steps from the beach.
Free parking is located at the bottom of the penthouse.
The building is called Cosmo Beach.
When you enter it, you will quickly find the elevator.
Distance from Malaga airport 35 minutes by car.
The A7 is in front of the building.

Wer Autobahngeräusche mag ist hier genau richtig

Wir haben dieses Jahr (Mai /Juni) vier Wochen in Spanien verbracht und jede Woche ein anderes Quartier bezogen. Dieses hier war definitiv das schlechteste. Über die Ausstattung der Wohnung und den Gemeinschaftspool kann man sich nicht beschweren . Aber was wirklich alles zunichte macht ist der Lärm auf der oberen Terrasse , die durchschnittliche Dezibelanzeige unserer Handys ergab einen Wert von —45—, Spitzenwerte lagen über 70 Dezibel. Das ist eigentlich nicht zumutbar und in kleinster Weise erholsam. Außerdem versprach uns die Dame bei unserer Ankunft am Samstag, uns am Montag einen Zweitschlüssel vorbeizubringen. Wir haben die ganze Woche nichts mehr von ihr gehört. Alles in Allem ist die Wohnung aufgrund des hohen Geräuschpegels nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

FANTASTIC PENTHOUSE WITH A VIEW

Great stay in a beautiful penthouse , stunning views excellent location. Really enjoyed our stay 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fantastic roof terrace with the jewel being the infinity pool on top. Excellent communication throughout , location allows for a fairly flat walk along the coast, 2 minutes to the beach and your on the bus route which is a bonus. Loved it!
