The apartment benefits from three communal pools.Main pool, shallower pool and toddlers pool all supervised by a life guard, during the summer months. Communal table tennis and exercise area with underwater pool views.

The local village is Cancelada and accessed by a 5-10min walk. The village has restraints and bars but has kept its original Spanish character.

everything was perfect ! Check-in - very helpfull, cleanest, rooms, swimming pool etc. Perfect property fo our family (23). A few steps ti swimming pool , 1 minute to beach.
What a lovely apartment in a fantastic little complex. Great location, wonderful people and all-round, just a super holiday.
Direct access to a lovely beach and within a short drive of many others, as well as a host of great places to visit.

The holiday experience at John's flat was great. The flat has a very good location and everything was very clean with everything you need for your stay there, the communication with them has been perfect. We hope to repeat next year. Thank you for everything!
One more year we have spent a great holidays with the family in the apartment. Everything is clean and the house is very spacious with a huge terrace. The contact with John is very fluid and always at our disposal with all the indications we need to know about the apartment and the urbanization. I am sure we will repeat.

Excellent 3bed apt
We have just returned from a fabulous 2week holiday in this apt, with our 3 teenage children, On arrival we met Pedro & Maria who were so welcoming & helpful, the apt was spotless and well equipped, even down to detergents shampoos and sun factor, this 3 bed 3 Bath is very spacious, but the Balcony terrace was where we spent most of our time, it's absolutely huge and very private, with tables & chairs & comfortable sun loungers. The complex is beautiful, the lift goes straight from underground car park to front door, it couldn't be easier, also access to the pool is a few feet from the lift, the real plus is the 2 min walk to the beach were we spent many of our days. We would certainly recommend this apt and would love to return again.

Nice and spacious apartment, walking distance to the beach and some beach restaurants, but hardly recommend having a car. We had some issues with the lift but the owner tried to help as much as he could from abroad and communication was very good. Swimming pool

L'appartement est tout simplement parfait, très propre, une terrasse immense, l'accès à la plage est juste en bas de celui-ci, ce qui est appréciable. John (le propriétaire) est super réactif lorsqu'on le sollicite par mail et a été de très bons conseils pour visiter la région. La résidence est magnifique, et dispose d'une piscine et jardin suffisamment grands pour les apprécier sans être les uns sur les autres. Nous reviendrons sans doute avec grand plaisir !
Sehr schöne, saubere und grosszügige Wohnung! Super grosse Terrasse! Alles wichtige vorhanden! Super ruhige Lage, sehr nahe am Meer, schöne und gepflegte Poolanlage! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage! Zum Ausgehen, shoppen oder essen abends ist Marbella und Estepona nicht weit weg!

Very nice Apartment
Me and my family had a very nice week in the Apartment. The pool area is very nice, and the bar with nice people - and the barman Diego is just fantastic.
We were 5 adult and a child at 2 year and it was just perfekt. The owner John gives you all the informations you ask for. A wonderfull week.

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and tidy. Great balcony sunny all day.
Quiet area .Need a car. Not much to do in direct area. A few lovely beach bar type restaurants within a few minutes walk
Surrounding area outwith costalita seems rundown . Quick drive to Puerto banus /estepona or marbella. We drove to malaga city 55 minute drive . Bus tour was great to see the city. Overall a very relaxing break and the private sunny balcony was just what we wanted.

Comfortable nice spot for relaxing holiday
Very comfortable accommodation. Within small walk to beach and a few great restaurants. The walk to the village of Cancelada is a bit less appealing but worth a trip.
I would say that you really need a car to get the most out of your holiday in this area.

Great apartment with pool near beach and restaurants
We had a great week at the apartment. The owner was very helpful with a conversation pre-booking and suggestions for restaurants and other amenities in the area afterwards. The handover of the keys was seamless as the agents were waiting as we arrived.
The rooms are spacious, bathrooms good, terrace large. Good views on one side. The communal pool was excellent and the kids had a fantastic time. The walk to the beach was a few minutes and it wasn't far to beach restaurants (chiringuitos). The beach itself is nice and not crowded, although there are stones/pebbles as you enter the sea (the beach itself is sandy).
The nearby village also had good restaurants. It was very handy to have car parking.
We couldn't get the air conditioning to work properly so I would advise some better instructions or check it is working. However in the main this wasn't a problem as it wasn't required most nights.
The owner promptly returned the deposit after check out.
Overall I like this apartment and would definitely return were we to go back to this area.

Lovely family flat
Our family enjoyed everything about this place. John was easy to communicate with in the run up to our stay and his local contact Pedro and his parents were very friendly and helpful.
The flat itself is a beautiful modern apartment in a nicely landscaped, secure complex with pools, gym and easy barefoot access to the beach. Our kids especially enjoyed the underwater window from the gym into the pool.
The massive balcony, three bedrooms and three bathrooms with plentiful towels supplied meant we had a very comfortable stay. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat in when we felt like it, with Lidl and Mercadona both just a couple of minutes away for supplies.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sand on the beach, much finer than any other beach we've visited on the Costa del Sol. Our boys were delighted to find a wee skatepark within 5 minutes walk at Cancelada and a brand new one five minutes drive along the road at San Pedro.
The location made it very convenient for both Estepona and Marbella, and we had day trips to Malaga, Ronda, the Caminito del Rey, Gibraltar and Tangier via the Tarifa ferry, all of which involved driving about an hour or less.
Overall we'd thoroughly recommend this property.
