Morning walks 2 miles to coffee shop with delicious breakfast burritos and bagels sandwiches or evening happy hours at other places around the corner! Most desirable food in the area is closeby!
Swim in your own personal sandy bay bordered by dock, log, and pilings for safety and privacy. This is an incredible 4500+/-, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with a 2 car garage. This home provides a beautiful gourmet loaded kitchen with quartz counter tops, double ovens, 48" gas cook top, an informal dining nook/sun room (good place for kids to color, we have paper, coloring books and pens included) , and a formal dining room that can easily seat 10+ guests. Bright open living room with a beautiful water view, plenty of seating and gas fireplace. Huge master bedroom with massage chair and hot tub right outside. Walkout Basement/Game Room includes an Ping Pong, Foosball, Kitchenette and more!!
Upstairs has private guest suite with king bed and an extra hangout room with TV, bunk area for reading or other fun , large leather sectional with sleeper included in room. Our grand kids love this room to play! Main floor and upper bedrooms areas are individually temperature controlled for everyone's custom enjoyment.

Amenities include hardwood floors, A/C, full home backup generator, Hot tub, filtered water for drinking, and a separate ice maker for lots of cold drinks! The home is equipped with a high end sound system with speakers in almost every room and there are even speakers outside to enjoy while lounging around the water. Large dock and luscious landscaping down to the waters edge. Expansive deck and outdoor patio areas (covered and not covered spaces) with lots of seating. Real campfire area, gas fire table, and plenty lawn games. Park your boat and (2) jet skis on the automatic lifts. (Check for weight limits) 3 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards, etc included. Boats are available to rent nearby. The entire home enjoys air conditioned comfort.

Wonderful!!

We had a blast in Post Falls / Coeue d'Alene. Rick was a wonderful host and the home exceeded expectations. We came with 2 families - including a lot of kids. The house was so welcoming and had so much stuff for the adults and kids! The house had everything: water toys, ping pong table, massage chair, movie-theater style popcorn machine, board games, fire pit, art supplies for the kids, etc! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our family get-together! It was easy to get to and close to shopping/amenities, but had the feel of a private lake retreat. The kids loved the water toys, especially the floating mat and slide! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Rick and Teresa were great hosts! The only thing I might suggest is to either have two outdoor garbage cans or have trash collection twice a week. Being on vacation, we used lots of paper plates/cups!

We are Rick and Teresa. We love Life! We love hard work! We love Renovating!

We have spent the last 19 years renovating houses and moving every few years on to another one but this time we are Home for good! (We think! lol) We feel like we live in a 5 star resort, so why leave? Have you seen the sunsets from here? Oh my!!! We sure hope others enjoy our place just as much. It's to share, otherwise why have it?
Our passions include RVing, boating, traveling, building, gardening, hiking, playing a lot of corn hole and Pickleball with family and friends, helping others, but mostly playing with grandchildren. We are blessed to have 8 in the area from 4-15 years old! We are hoping to teach a few of them to surf behind our boat this year, along with many others!
We are constantly active but believe it takes a lot of work (ha!) to rest and enjoy life nowadays. So it's our mission to enjoy life, take time for others and spread the joy everywhere. Please join us!

The property is Gorgeous! So private and right on the water! Big house for lots of guests and family and central to most everything. Great and safe neighborhood!! Close to great hiking, rock climbing, bike riding, boating, parks, and great food and more!

What makes this property unique

We have our own sandy bay to swim and play in. We are right on the water! Very close to town and great restaurants, great internet, and neighborhood! Deep enough water to jump off dock or to fish!! Beautiful natural landscaping in the area, great for pictures.
