The property was very quaint, clean and quiet, and in a perfect location.

This villa is in a great location for visiting many small and not so small walled cities thoughout Umbria. Walking distance to award winning gelato in Torgiano. Fiorbelinna, the owner, was wonderful and very helpful with great suggestion on where to visit throughout the region. Her fun personality and her excellent English made our stay even better. It is also a great area for wine tasting. We were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket of the estate wines and many other goodies. She also provided fresh vegetables from her organic garden, along with fresh eggs. What a wonderful, delicious treat!! We highly recommend Fattoria Spinola to anyone and would love to go back!

Endroit propice à la détente, au pieds des vignes et au départ des "sentiers viticoles": 3 superbes promenades. La location "le nid" porte bien son nom! Agréablement aménagé, conforme à nos attentes. Excellent accueil, personnalisé. Etre au milieu de la campagne est un des gros atouts de cette location
