The apartment was perfect. I was traveling solo and spent 5 weeks in Nice working part time and enjoying all the area has to offer. This apt was central to everything. Near all the sights, the beach, old city, and train. It was perfect for my adventure. The online apartment information was thorough and made everything easy

Excellent location

Comfortable and reasonably spacious. Plenty of supermarkets close by, and on the main shopping street. Both trams within half a block. It's at the back of the building so relatively quiet. Air conditioned and has a lift. More than one teaspoon and even one sharp knife would be handy.

The checking process was super easy, with the app everything was simply described. The location is great, right on the shopping street. The train is right in front of the door and the beach and the train station are about 10 minutes away. The apartment is small but enough for 2 people in total. Unfortunately it didn't have any salt or pepper on site. A bit of a shame, since you still have to buy it... but otherwise well furnished. Gladly again!

Great spot

This unit was exactly what we needed and was wonderfully located. It is a studio (so small) but was both comfortable and easy to find. The management company was easy to contact and well took care of our needs. We left very happy. One good example of our positive experience was how, on our second day, the internet went "out" and could not be resolved from a distance. We sent an email (via VRBO) and had a response within the hour. On top of that, the issue was resolved by a technician while we were out visiting the city. The only negative to note is VERY minor but should be noted by anyone preparing to stay in the unit. The keys were to be picked up and returned at the rental agency - which is about a 15 minute walk from the unit. Just be aware one will need to figure in this walk as they arrive and depart. The best part of this unit is location. One could not have a better spot to enjoy the city. We left very happy having enjoyed the city, washed our dirty clothes in the washing machine, delighted in the air conditioning amid a very hot summer week and slept well. Gold stars all around.
