located in the coastal strip "HIPPODROME DE LA COTE D 'AZUR" "CROS DE CAGNES", we selected a studio "LA PETITE PLAGE", designated by the owner, creator of modern contemporary art, 50 M from the seaside , very beautiful sea view, air-conditioned, south exposure, on the 1st floor of a luxury residence with lift whose characteristics are as follows: 30 m2, balcony 11m2, ideal for 1,2,3 people.
OUR FAVORITE: very nice services and traditional welcome from the owners.

Serene stay with sea views

Daniel and Fred obviously care a lot about ensuring that guests are well catered for. They are very happy to help and will answer all questions.Easy to get to other parts of the Cote D’Azure by train.

Cute place, good location

The owner met us at the property and explained how everything worked. There is a nice bakery within a 5 minute walk, plenty of other restaurants. The train station was about a 15 minute walk. The owner came to the property when we were leaving to see us off. If we visit Nice again, we will try to book this place.

This is the perfect studio in every way! It is truly just steps from the beach with a gorgeous ocean view from the patio. The location is perfect with plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, and beach clubs within easy walking distance. The studio itself was extremely clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. I had to do some work while there and the internet was super fast and I had no problem doing video calls, etc. Our hosts, Daniel and Fred, were very kind and helpful. We are definitely looking forward to another stay!

Small but functional

Very close to beach. Room was quiet and private. Host was friendly and helpful. One star was deducted from "communications" because he did not respond to our texts on the day of arrival until one hour after we showed up despite earlier warnings from us about our expected arrival time.

6 STAR PROPERTY AND OWNER

This property was perfect for our stay along the French Riviera! Daniel and Fred were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as pictured, clean and well suited for 2 people. Daniel and Fred met us upon arrival and provided a great welcome. Easy to maneuver without a car. Train station is about a 10 minute walk and buses run along the coastal road. Restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance. 5 stars seems like not enough for such an awesome place and such awesome owners.

Amazing kindness when we had to cancel

We had a medical issue and ended up not being able to stay there after all at the last last minute. The owner went out of his way to be kind and Canceled all the charges, I felt so bad about having to change our plans as well as potentially having to pay for the fees dł The email communication was very supportive and I felt blessed by his thoughtfulness. I would definitely stay at this place if we are back in the area.

Une semaine au studio de "La Petite Plage"

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un lieu confortable, très propre et décoré avec goût, avec vue sur la mer sans avoir les inconvénients des bruits du bord de mer.Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis d'une manière simple mais chaleureuse comme si nous nous connaissions depuis longtemps.Nous recommandons vivement leur studio "La Petite Plage"Marcelle et Gino

Bel accueil, propreté des lieux et situation géographique. Malheureusement, bruit dans l’immeuble et dans la rue (voisins et travaux) et pas d’eau chaude momentanément dans l’édifice pour plusieurs jours.

Un séjour détente

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement cosy fonctionel et très bien équipé dans lequel on se sent bien. Les + : petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer. La place de parking. Toutes les commodités accessible à pied ( commerces balades divertissement). Les-........ Pour ma part je cherche encore. Encore un grand merci à Daniel. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Studio adapte

Bien meublé, et disposant de quoi cuisiner et laver son linge. Sa position est parfaite avec vue face à la mer. Terrasse pouvant être ombragée par un store. Les propriétaires sont ponctuels, courtois et serviables. Ils cherchent à rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.

Super Schöne Wohnung mit blick aufs Meer

Wir waren 12 Tage in Cagne sur Mer und in der Wohnung war alles was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten. Ob Sonnenschirm, induktions Kochfeld, Waschmaschine, nespresso Maschine, Frühstück mit blick aufs Meer, alles war da. Wir hatten einen Super netten Kontakt mit Daniel dem Vermieter. War ein Toller Urlaub Vielen Dank

Propriétaire excellent disponible serviable, il a tout fait pour que nous passons un beau séjour, l appartement es très bien équipé vous ne manquerais de rien, commerce a proximité, l appartement es très bien situé. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer.
