Equipped kitchen, (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge).

Ground floor: living dining room, 65m² (fireplace), one bedroom with 140cm bed, television, adjoining dressing room, bathroom with wc, shower and sink.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds with sea view and 1 bedroom with mezzanine comprising 2 140 cm beds, a bathroom (1 shower 1 bath and double sinks, WC)
Two large 55m2 terraces with "sea and small harbor" views, dining area and aperitif areas.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig in einer Ferienhaussiedlung gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Bäcker/Minimarkt und den Strand sowie mehrere Lokale. Zwei Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus. Im Inneren stimmt jedes Detail. Eine tolle Inneneinrichtung, 4 gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage (leider wird als Min-Temperatur der Wert aus dem Schlafzimmer übernommen). Alle Räume wie auch Bäder und die Küche waren sauber und sehr einladend. Der Blick von der riesigen Terrasse ist ein Traum mit Blick auf den Golf. 3 Terrassenteile laden zum Frühstücken, Chillen usw. ein. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, besonders der Garten. Es sind mehr als genug Lampen, Schirme usw. sowie ein Grill vorhanden (der sich etwas schwierig reinigen lässt). Jacques und Brigitte ware stets sehr freundlich und bemüht uns einen tollen Urlaub zu ermöglichen, angefangen mit einem vorbereiteten Essen zur Anreise bis hin zur sehr herzlichen Rückübergabe und Verabschiedung. Man merkt, dass sie ihr Haus mit Herzblut bewirtschaften. Wir haben uns 3 Wochen pudelwohl gefühlt.
