This pretty stone house completely renovated with noble materials and taste is located in a peaceful village, with all the amenities nearby: motorway access and shops 5 min, 30 min to the sea, 20 min from Carcassonne and Narbonne.
The house has on the ground floor a welcoming living room in exposed stone, an American kitchen, and a dining area.
On the 1st floor, there is a large bedroom with king size bed, a landing fitted out for sleeping or reading, a shower room and separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor is the 2nd bedroom with a double bed and two small single beds for children. On the landing, a large sofa that will make a 160cm bed, and a desk area.
All this will make up this cozy house with 6-8 beds. You will be seduced by its functionality and its modernity.
