With my wife Laurence who is a painter, we rented by Abritel a house that we had in Martinique for 10 years with great success.
This success comes from the pleasure we have in exchanging and sharing our little paradise.
Indeed, we occupy this house about 5 months a year.

We therefore fitted it out, furnished and decorated to our taste with quality elements.

When you enter our house it will be like when we occupy it, you will find our excellent bedding, our quality furniture and crockery, the paintings and sculptures made by my wife, our books etc.

When you arrive with us, you will quickly feel at home.
We chose this house and this location because it is in an upscale, modern and rapidly developing residential sector with:

  . high-quality routes for biking and superb mountain bike trails
  . 2 km from the small village of Finestrat
  . 2 km from the beaches of Bénidorm and Finestrat by bus, car or bicycle
  . 3 km from the golf course
  . 1 km from supermarkets
  . Several theme parks, aqualand, karting, jetski ... within a radius of 7 kms

We have the choice between the calm of the village of Finestrat and the lively evenings of Bénidorm.

Franck has a wonderful villa close to Finestrat. The villa was immaculate and everything we needed for a break away. Pool was a good size and with a bathroom for each bedroom too.

Fabulous property

We had a wonderful stay. The property is immaculate with everything you need. Everything has been thought of. We enjoyed quiet days by the beautiful pool which was cleaned twice during our stay. Just a short drive away you can enjoy the beach, many restaurants and a large supermarket. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely return.

Perfect 2 weeks holiday in a new Villa.

We had a great holiday in this perfect villa in Finestrat. The house was very clean when we arrived. The welcome was good - Fatima is a very nice person. The villa is new, very luxerious and all you need is there. The beds are also very comfortable, all with an own rainshower/bathroom. The salt water pool was wonderful with a temperature of about 25 deg.C. in October. Shopping Centers with all you need is close to the villa. Only 10 min's with a car to the beaches of Finestrat/Benidorm, with restaurants, etc. For us it was a holiday to remember and would like to come back againl

Absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das ist das beste Haus, das wir seit Jahren hatten. Auch die Umgebung ist tipptopp. Es fehlt an nichts. Benidorm, die alte Stadt oder besser gesagt in der Mitte von Benidorm absolut spanisch. Absolut cool. Gerne wieder einmal, wenn wir nach Benidorm kommen.

Un séjour tout confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une dizaine de jours dans la villa. Moderne, jolie et extrêmement bien équipée, nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nous y sentir bien. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine entre 26°C et 28°C, un vrai plaisir! La villa est facile d’accès dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tout (en voiture). Nous avons également apprécié la décoration de la maison, faite avec goût. Enfin, Frank est un hôte très arrangeant et disponible, nous recommandons sa maison sans hésitation.

Villa mit Salzwasseepool und hochwertiger Ausstattung

Wir haben die zwei Wochen mit unseren vier Kindern genossen. Das vollklimatisierte Haus ist schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Salzwasserpool ist gepflegt und auch für Erwachsene sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Nähe zu Benidorm, die sich dynamisch entwickelnde Umgebung und die nahe gelegenen Berge im Hinterland bilden einen interessanten Kontrast. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist äußerst professionell, sympathisch und sehr angenehm.

Il soggiorno in villa ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative: Villa moderna, arredata con gusto, elegante, pulita e di design. Bellissima villa con vista su Benidorm. Ben arredata e con quadri dipinti dalla proprietaria di notevole bellezza. Posizione eccezionale per godersi il soggiorno in totale relax, ma strategica poiché si hanno tutte le comodità a portata di mano come supermercati, farmacia ecc. Molto soddisfatta.
