Ideally located in the heart of Belle Plagne, our 28 m² apartment is perfectly equipped for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children).
The apartment, quiet, NOT passing floor, will seduce you with its location, as well as its neat and warm interior comfort.
Its exposure - with large balcony - south east, offers you a magnificent view of the mountain and the ski slopes.
He understands :
- open kitchen with full equipment: induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven-grill, fridge, nespresso machine, toaster…
- dining / living room with 140x200 sleeping sofa, plenty of storage space, a table with extensions for 6 people, balcony access, 80cm flat screen TV, radio / CD…
- separate bedroom for 3 people: bunk beds in 80x190 and 1 pull-out bed 80x190, TV-DVD 55 cm, storage. Duvets, fleece blankets, pillows are provided.
- bathroom with shower, sink and heated towel rail. Hair dryer available. Separate WC.
You can put on and take off your skis directly at the foot of the residence. The closed individual ski locker is located on the floor above the apartment.
Underground parking (paying, extra), with direct access to the apartment.
