Halfway between the Beauval zoo, Futuroscope and the Loire castles, this lodging accessible to people with reduced mobility (motor, visual, hearing and mental) is the promise of a successful stay in Indre-et-Loire .
In addition to its geographical location which offers a multitude of sites to visit, it invites to pleasant moments of relaxation.

Large living room with equipped kitchen and its beautiful fireplace!
1 bedroom with 140x190 bed with an adjoining bathroom (90 shower, basin, wc).
Upstairs, a double communicating room with in the first part 1 140x190 bed and in the second 1 pull-out bed of 90x190 with its drawer of the same size.

Additional extra sleeping upstairs on the mezzanine (BZ of 120).

Possibility to rent by the night, weekend and short stay.
Formula 1 night: 250 €, 2 nights: 360 €
Price for 5 people (20 € per additional person depending on possibilities or 10 € per day from 3 nights)

Outdoor heated swimming pool 9 x 4 m to be shared between tenants and owners, accessible only to mobile people. Open from June to mid-September from 10h to 19h depending on the weather.
Likewise for the SPA in a private session (30 € for 30 minutes or 45 € for 1 hour).

Close to all shops.
Indoor car park enclosed by wall with reserved parking (entrance by automatic gate).

Equipment: induction hob, hot plate, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker.

Possibility to rent other lodgings in addition to the same place (gîte des coteaux for 6 people / 3 bedrooms).

Wonderful week

This is a beautiful property with excellent grounds and pool area. The location was perfect for us. In walking distance of all the town’s amenities and only 10 minutes drive to family who live near by. There are lots of beautiful places to visit within an hours drive and the roads are quiet. This property is well set up on the ground floor for accessibility however this meant the en-suite downstairs had no door so a little open although there is a screen privacy. Everything was modern and beautifully clean. The double height living room space is stunning and must be lovely in the winter when the fire is lit. Christelle was a welcoming host and even left us some home grown produce. Highly recommend

Séjour en Famille

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La maison est très agréable et très spacieuse. Au calme et joliment décorée. A proximité du cœur de village sans les inconvénients du centre bourg. La proximité de petit supermarché à pieds est idéal pour les vacances avec son ouverture de 8h à 20h. Une région magnifique où nous ne sommes pas ennuyé. Une super activité avec une cani rando à proximité qui a enchanté les enfants et les grands (à faire). Un peu dommage : la fermeture de la piscine à 19h. Avec ces fortes chaleurs nous aurions aimé pouvoir profiter un peu plus tard.
