This 2 bed /1 bath beach house features a large beachside deck perfect for enjoying coffee and sunrises, watching the kids building sandcastles and just kicking your feet up to relax. At the end of the day, wash away your worries in a secluded Caribbean outdoor shower. Cook up a delicious meal in the kitchen, throw some burgers on the grill, or call for pizza delivery. When the sun gets too hot to enjoy the great outdoors, you can still enjoy an expansive ocean view from the air-conditioned comfort of the couch. Enjoy the outdoors when the sun goes down around the fire pit!

Unbeatable Location

Gorgeous ocean views from everywhere in the house. Really can’t get a location closer to the water. Spent most of our time outside on the patio enjoying the sounds of the ocean. I was skeptical of the outdoor shower but it was awesome. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect Beach Vacation

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property managers were available to us if we needed them for anything. The best part was being right on the beach. It was such a peaceful getaway, and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Wonderful Experience, Beautiful Property!

This property is simply gorgeous. Everything you need is within reach, clean, and available! The owners were kind and reachable at any time in order to make our stay more comfortable. We love Ormond so much, and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to see it through the Beach House windows. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Wow! “Wow” about captures it! Stunning views, convenient location within walking distance of delicious restaurants, donut shops, and a grocery store, and only about ten steps from the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Sister getaway

My sister and I were looking for a last minute relaxing beach getaway and this beautiful property delivered all that and more! It has great beach access and beautiful, unimpeded views of the ocean. The property manager and owner were extremely accommodating and let us add a little extra time before and after our stay. The property has a fun “golden girls” vibe which we loved for our girls getaway. We can’t wait to come back someday!

Laidback, quiet setting

The location was everything for our family. The house was charming and had the quintessential beach vibe. We had a small glitch with our AC and the owners had it fixed immediately. Wonderful experience!

The get-away everybody needs!

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House in Ormond by the Sea. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Tonya kept us informed through the booking and check in process and everything was super easy. The location is amazing, and you are literally on the beach. Thank you to our host for a wonderful holiday weekend that was much needed by my family! Oh, and even if you aren't a morning person, you just have to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic at least once while you are there! Amazing view right from the deck!

Breathtaking sunrises 🌅

This would have been our fourth time staying at this beach home, but it was our third due to Covid last year. We were so happy to get back and thoroughly enjoyed our trip again. If you want quiet mornings and private beach access then this is your beach home. Only 15 steps and you are on the beach with your chair. Enjoy!

Another delightful week on the beach

This was our 2nd stay at this Ormond Beach house, this time in the warm summer season, and both times were delightful experiences. The ocean truly is just a few paces from the veranda. The beach is quiet—no vehicles allowed. Sunrises are beautiful and different every day. There is a variety of shorebirds for birdwatching. Restaurants and a grocery store are nearby, within walking distance. Though Ormond Beach is a vibrant seaside community, you’re not aware of the nearby hustle & bustle of traffic. This house is a perfect sanctuary for relaxation.

House has a million dollar view !

We drove 8 hours to vacation with our family . My husband our daughter who is 18 and our 4 year old son . House is at the end of the street and very cute ! Upon entering the house was clean and we had a welcome guide and gift ! The view from the sunroom is amazing! I saw dolphins jumping right from the window ! The house has its own path to the beach and a lovely deck . The owners have the house nicely stocked with essentials should you need to borrow beach toys or a towel . The house was hot when we arrived and seem to take a few days to fully cool down . The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were not great so those rooms were a little warm at night . The house has a nice Caribbean outdoor shower for showering the beach off but no indoor shower. I was a little sad there was no indoor shower I’m not one to get naked outside and our little one didn’t get a tub to get into . My husband liked the outdoor shower just not my cup of tea ! The kitchen was nice for cooking and they offer a grill . We ate at absolutely cheesey it was good and the shrimp at Betty’s was fantastic!! I had essentials delivered from Publix so that was nice ! The new Dunkin’ Donuts is in walking distance so I was happy! Overall a very nice place to vacation! We will return! The owners were very responsive to messages ! Thanks !!!

The house is steps from the beach. The description is accurate and has all of the small things that you need for a stay at the beach. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and small.

Great Beach House

Great place for a family stay by the beach. Location is incredible, the beach is the backyard. We made a trip to the theme parks and it wasn’t too bad of a drive. Zero concerns with the property and owners. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful -- & Right On the Beach !

We stayed here during Christmas -- our expectations were exceeded. Everything was great -- the home was basically right on the sand, has a perfectly positioned fire pit with seating for 6 - 8, large outdoor patio, gas grill ( we cooked steaks & shrimp for 10 !) and a huge sunroom with terrific ocean views. The home was spotlessly clean, has a very well stocked kitchen, and all appliances worked as they should. It was very quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes to basic amenities (Publix, etc) and the charming strip of downtown Ormond just west of the bridge. We'll be back right on the sand

Absolutely Gorgeous View

I have stayed here a few times and absolutely love it. The house is beautiful and the owners are awesome if you have a problem they get back to you immediately They are the most nicest people. I highly recommend staying here. The views alone are stunning. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year.
