Direct Beachfront Condo with Amazing Panoramic Ocean Front Views (11th floor)

Leave your troubles behind and relax in this beautifully outfitted beach front oasis. The moment you walk in the door you will experience the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the panoramic views from both the living room and master bedroom.
Don't feel like sitting on the beach? Enjoy time on the balcony sipping drinks, and watching some of the magnificent wildlife: dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers and more. Early riser? Grab some coffee and experience the most amazing sunrises to start your day.

Inside you will experience a comfortable living space with picturesque views, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms with smart TVs and all the comforts of home. This unit comfortably sleeps six with use of the queen sofa sleeper. A pac-n-play is provided as well.

In the evening enjoy the front balcony with a view of the inter-coastal waterway and magnificent sunsets. The front balcony is also where you will find other amenities to make your vacation easy and memorable: private laundry area, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys.

Outside you can choose between spending your time in the sand and surf or enjoying the pool (not heated). The building also has a small workout room and sauna for your enjoyment.

Around the area enjoy local shops and restaurants of this wonderful beach community filled with centuries of history with St. Augustine being only one hour north. Daytona Beach is five minutes to the south. Orlando, Disney and Universal is only 1.5 hours away as well.

So many extra little things that Reba includes in your condo. Hand soap, beach towels, beach chairs. Reba also responds very quickly to any questions. The beds were comfy and we saw dolphins every day while sitting in our balcony. Thank you Reba!

Stunning Condo!

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and on the 11th floor. The views were breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the ocean while having our morning coffee on the balcony was a wonderful start to each day. The condo itself was beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is just steps away, and the provided chairs and umbrellas made it easy to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun. My mom and I had an absolutely wonderful time. quiet & peaceful

This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway...even when it rains and you don't get to the beach. The views off the balcony are serene and the the high top chairs near the front door to enjoy views of the Halifax and sunset are a bonus. The only issue we had was getting all of the TV remotes to work, wasn't a big enough deal for us though. We would come stay again.

Wonderful location!!!...GREAT view!! ...AND ...loved the "little things" the owner left for us.. just in case you forgot something. Our full size quad cab F-150 was just a little too tall for the underground parking and the spot was "tight". However, there is plenty of uncovered parking in the main parking lot. .

Home Away From Home

We had such an amazing trip! The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need! Reba is so thoughtful and takes such good care of the guests! We got detailed emails prior to arrival and texts making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I caught a little bug and they were kind enough to allow us the option to extend our stay so would have time to recuperate before traveling home! It really was like staying with family. The location is quiet and beautiful and perfect for relaxing! I will definitely be booking a stay here again in the near future!

The vacation.

Everything about the condo was good. It was clean, neat and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything one would need. We loved the bathrooms with the walk-in showers. The large TV with easy-to-use remote control made for pleasant viewing. The location of the Van Lee was excellent. Close to Publix's and wonderful restaurants. Of course, being right on the beach made the entire stay a wonderful experience. Bottomline - we all enjoyed it and would not hesitate in coming back to the same unit the next time we visit Florida.

Best View in Ormond Beach FL

I recommend if you are looking for perfect place to stay in Ormond Beach to look at this property . Location is perfect, and view from balconies are amazing. Beach not as crowded as some spots. The condo was very clean and well maintained.All the amenity for condo was very well keep up and clean.There is a grocery store and Dunkin Donut in walking distance of the condo or short drive.The owner of unit was very friendly and stayed InTouch to see if we needed anything or if everything was as expected.I would Highly recommend the unit for your vacation.

This was our first family vacation to Florida. I brought my two adult sons, my adult daughter and both my granddaughters. We we're all amazed at our accommodations. The condo looked exactly like it looked online when I booked it. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. We met a lot of really wonderful people while we stayed. This is definitely one of the most memorable moments we've all shared together. We couldn't have asked for better. The condo was perfect for us and was beautiful! We're so grateful to have had this opportunity. Reba, the host was friendly and offered to assist us with anything we needed. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could possibly want in the kitchen. There were lots of beach towels and blankets and bath towels. All you have to do is pack your clothes that's it. I highly recommend this condo at Ormond Beach Florida. Our vacation was perfect! We stayed October 3rd till the 8th 2023.
