Villa del Palmar Cabo is located just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and the Cabo Marina. Perched on the soft sands of Medano Beach, this five-star resort has incredible amenities. Provides guests with easy access to the high-energy lifestyle of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, while maintaining the privacy and calming ambiance of an exclusive resort.

Its idyllic location, overlooking Land’s End and the iconic El Arco rock formation in the distance, makes it one of Cabo San Lucas's best resorts and the perfect venue for family vacations, luxury weddings, group meetings, and romantic escapes.

The One Bedroom Suite at Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room sofa bed, two full bathrooms with sunken tubs and marble showers, a kitchenette, a dining area for 4, and a balcony or terrace with furniture. (The all-inclusive package is not mandatory and, if desired, can be purchased from the resort directly. The all-inclusive is $155 per person per day. It includes breakfast, lunch & dinner, poolside & beachside service, room service, all alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, and taxes and tips. Children 12 and under: 50% off; children 2 and under are free.

Willy was a fantastic host and answered a bunch of questions for us before we booked because this was our first time staying in Cabo San Lucas. We had a great experience with the booking, and we loved our room! It wasn't facing the pool area and we couldn't see the rocks where the arch is, but we had a fine view of a large portion of the ocean where we could watch the sunrise over the ocean from our balcony - truly magical mornings every day of our stay!

Our host was wonderful. The communication was prompt and clear. The location of the resort and amenity were very nice. We were there during a bad week. The resort internet was down for weeks before we arrived and during the entire stay. All the check-in/billing were done manually on paper. Can't charge anything to the room. No wifi. Took them forever to find our paper to check-out.

The ad was deceptive because it indicated this was an ocean view apartment. The complex is timeshare and the units are "assigned" differently if the owner is subleasing. The unit assigned was on a second floor with with practically no ocean view because the next door property had a large wall. The owner tried to change it but I ended up receiving a few snacks and bottles of water. I had to pay US$130 extra per night to be "upgraded" to a true ocean view unit. I explained this to the owner and he simply offered free nights in future rentals. I would not rent from this owner again. The complex was very nice at one point but everything is dated and worn because of use. The unit was clean but it needs a full renovation. Next time I will rent a high end hotel room which would probably cost less this this.
