Casa De Emdeko is conveniently located approximately 1.5 miles south of historic downtown Kona. The condo complex itself features two pools: a freshwater garden pool and a saltwater pool built on the very edge of the ocean. Next to the saltwater pool is a sandy sunning area with lounge chairs under tall palm trees which is a great place to watch dolphins swim by in the morning, the beautiful sunsets in the evening, or just sit and enjoy a good book anytime! Complex also features a small deli/convenience store located just outside the security gate.
*Please note that this complex has frequent temporary water shut offs. There will be no compensation for water shut offs.
Minimum night varies seasonally between 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.
