Amazing Ocean Views - Direct Oceanfront - 3 Bed/3 Bath Hilton Head Beach Villa

This spacious 3 bedroom/3Bath villa is is located on South Forest Beach, the heart of Hilton Head Island. It's the ideal spot for families, couples or a getaway for friends. Our villa will sleep 6 comfortably. Located on the upper level, is our master suite, with a large flat screen tv, queen bed and private bath, including a walk- in shower. On that same level, one guest bedroom includes a flat screen tv, a twin over full bunk bed, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

The Living Room/Dining/Kitchen level, features comfortable seating , a flat screen tv, and amazing oceanfront views.. The updated kitchen is well stocked for our guests who love to entertain while vacationing. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. Slip out onto your balcony for morning coffee, or enjoy a sunset on the swing and extra seating, overlooking Hilton Head's award winning beaches.. For your convenience, the laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.

The lower level includes a guest room with queen size bed and a sitting area, including a flat screen tv. This bedroom has access to a full size bath, including a walk-in shower .Sliding glass doors lead to your private patio area, with table and chairs, and a charcoal grill. There is plenty of room for the kids to play in the grassy area outside the villa. From there, you will find the pathway to the beach.

Hilton Head Beach Villas is a private community. There is tandem parking provided for 2 vehicles in your private carport, directly outside your villa Our community is gated with a private code. The grounds feature two pools (adult and children's), and a large sun deck with chaise lounge chairs. The pool is not heated and is open, seasonally.

Just beyond the garden courtyard area is private access to the world famous Hilton Head Island beaches. The walk to the beach is a short stroll from the villa with no roads to cross!

Hilton Head Beach Villas is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. There you will find specialty shops, restaurants/bars, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, theater, and a hardware store. Explore our endless bike paths, and experience some of the wildlife and unspoiled nature that Hilton Head Island has to offer. When you book, ask us about bike rental discounts that we have secured for our guests. Maximum 2 car parking. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.

Wonderful view of the ocean, villa is closest to walkway leading to beach. Very comfortable living spaces and adequately stocked kitchen for cooking if you wish. Parking is covered and at main entrance of the villa. We would absolutely book this property again.

A great place to relax near the oceanfront beach.

This property was perfect for our vacation. The location was great, we walked or rode our bikes everywhere. The mornings on the patio were great too. If this unit was for sale, we would considering purchasing. Just a great spot.

This property was new to the market and was a great place to stay. Good size and space. Fantastic location to the beach and coligny. Very clean and felt new and high end with the nice furnishings. Owner was very responsive and good to work with. I've never stayed at the same place twice in all my trips to HHI. I'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Guys golf trip

We stayed at this property for a guys golf trip. Great location right off the beach with private access. Nice layout and well kept home. One key benefit for us is having three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms (old guys) so that was a plus. Recommend the property but please don’t rent end of February as we will be trying to get it next year 😄

prime location

Spacious condo, direct waterfront - you can see the water but not the sand. Deer, bunnies and lots of birds visible from our balcony. This is an older unit by HHI standards but for that you get more space indoor and in common area. Nice to have your own grill. We missed the pool opening by a week or so, but the new pool looks great. the beach is wonderful and far enough from Coligny to be fairly quiet. Recommend this highly.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. This particular unit is the best spot in the whole property with extra natural light and the fastest walk to the beach and the newly upgraded pool. The area was very safe with car and pedestrian gates. Hilton Head Beach Villas has a nice small community feel and everyone we met was friendly. The owners were checking things prior to our arrival and gave us a heads up about a very minor issue. The unit was nice and cool on an extremely hot weekend with relaxing music playing. The carport is another bonus keeping your vehicle from cooking in the southern sun. The Internet and TV was a little wonky at times but not the reason to go on vacation. We enjoyed everything this beautiful island has to offer and so much is in walking/biking distance. Book it. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband and I took our two adult sons and one of their friends on vacation to celebrate our youngest's high school graduation. The condo was perfect! The rooms were laid out so that no one was disturbing another. The view of the ocean was very relaxing - especially while cooking dinner in the kitchen. This condo and its hosts were amazing. Even my sons commented on how wonderful everything was. The condo was clean and in very good condition. The kitchen is well-stocked, as we like to buy seafood and prepare it ourselves. We were just steps from the beach and a short trip down the road to Coligny Plaza for shopping. Perfect! We will definitely be returning to this location in the near future.
