Seaside apartment with pool

In summary :
I rent an apartment in perfect condition, located on the second floor with elevator of a secure residence with swimming pool, which can accommodate 4 people.
The large balcony equipped with garden furniture and a parasol allows you to enjoy the calm of the residence.
Forget the car during your stay! From the residence you have direct access to the beach. The town center is 300m away as well as a small supermarket. Many cycle paths exist to lead you in nature.

A little more details:
The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dolce gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate. Sheets and towels are provided for a long stay (more than a month) and during the period mid-June / mid-September. Outside this period, we can rent the linen for you through the concierge with whom we work.
The residence has a laundromat.(closed from November to February) Another laundromat exists in Lacanau ocean. Ironing board and iron are in the closet.
From the large balcony, you will have a view of the residence's garden. It is equipped with an umbrella and garden furniture: table, 4 chairs and 1 armchair.
In the residence, you will have access to the outdoor swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Deckchairs await you.
You are quiet and 300m from the center of Lacanau ocean and its shops and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bike rental, surf schools,…
Outdoor market: all year round on Wednesday morning. In July and August there is the night market on Friday evening on the seafront.
The Carrefour contact convenience store located near the apartment is open on Sunday morning and has a petrol station.
For the comfort of the little ones, a travel cot, a booster, a meal kit and a toilet reducer are available.
For everyone's comfort, the apartment must be kept clean. A deposit by imprint of bank card in the amount of € 200 will be required upon arrival to guarantee cleanliness and respect for the accommodation. It can be picked up on the day of the outing. If you do not want to do the cleaning, the concierge can take care of it.
There are four beaches in Lacanau Océan: north beach, central beach, south beach (50m from the residence) and the wildest and most extensive super south beach continuing to Porge. For those who prefer calmer waters, Lacanau Lake welcomes you on Moutchic Beach, 6 km away.
Many surf schools are present in Lacanau. The closest to the apartment is Ocean Ride.
The Lacanau-Guyenne sailing club, located on Lacanau lake, offers introductory and advanced sailing courses (optimist, windsurfing, catamaran, dinghy) for children from 4 years old and adults during summer, spring and All Saints holidays. The club also offers wakeboard and paddle.

For golf lovers, you will find no less than 3 different golf courses, namely the UCPA with a compact course and initiations throughout the summer and school holidays for children and adults, the U international golf course: magnificent course of 18 hole located in the heart of the national forest and finally the Méjanne golf course voted best 9 hole in France in 2012, a 9 hole course designed as a championship course.

Many cycle paths are present.
A tennis club is located 2 km away: 16 courts including 4 indoor and 2 squash rooms.
Horse riding club 3 km away for walks in the forest or by the sea.
Balneotherapy at the vitalparc wellness center (3km): spa relaxation area. Care card.
Discovery of the Cousseau pond nature reserve (site classified since 1976). There are cycle paths to get there (a bicycle park is available) or you can also reach the car park by taking the D6E1 towards Carcans-Maubuisson. A pleasant 7.5km walk allows you to discover different landscapes but also the flora and fauna.
For most gamers: a casino.
Do not hesitate to go to the tourist office located Place de l'Europe.
