220 m2, 6 rooms, fully equipped for 8 people, located in a residential area and surrounded by greenery on a private plot of 3000 m2 This villa is a corner of paradise at the start of hiking trails in the Esterel. 10 minutes from the beach on foot or 5 minutes by car, everything and present for well-being, relaxation and conviviality with family or friends. All the rooms in the villa have views of the bay of Cannes and have 'a large terrace.
Built on two levels, it has air conditioning upstairs. It also benefits from a large 10/5 m pool and a 3-seater spa.

Amazing view

Very nice place to stay with the family and relax in front of a stunning view. The access by car to the house is a bit tight and it is advisable to limit car usage - but the house offers everything to enjoy a great stay! Many thanks Patricia for entrusting your house to my family for one week.

Unbelievable views! Meals outside on the terrace with views over the whole of the Bay of Cannes were amazing. The house is incredibly spacious although slightly tired inside - however this did not take away from the overall fabulousness of the property and holiday. Air conditioning for the downstairs bedrooms would be a helpful addition. The property managers were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely consider booking this house again if we holiday in the area. Thank you for having us.

Great view

This is an expensive villa so is it worth the price? Well the view certainly is - the sweeping view of the Bay of Cannes and the Alps behind is quite staggering and the constant flow of boats is always entertaining (get a Ship Tracker app to spot today's millionaires in the bay). The villa itself is large, comfortable and well equipped, although some of the fittings are a little dated. The pool is good but not heated. There a lot of places to sit and enjoy the very private terraces. The area is lovely - Theoule-sur-Mer is a pretty town with a number of small beaches, shops, walks, and restaurants and central to explore the Côte d'Azur. It's 2km to the town but the walk to the beaches will take longer than the 10 minutes suggested. But let's get back to that view - it is breathtaking, always changing and you will fill your phone with the most memorable photos. Enjoy.

Incredibe view

We had a fantastic week at this villa with our family of 10. The view is incredible and the pool was most enjoyed. The accommodation is very comfortable and we all had a fantastic time. If I were to give any suggestions for improvement it would be for provision of pool/ beach towels and beach equipment. But really it was a wonderful place to stay.

Mooi uitzicht

Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch. Het huis is mooi. Enig nadeel is dat het dorp te voet moeilijk bereikbaar is.
