You can snorkel and kayak in the morning, enjoy lunch poolside at Maracuya Beach Club, and then enjoy sipping a mojito from the upstairs patio while watching the sunset over the Pacific ocean in the afternoon.


The space:
This vacation home consist of a 3 BR/ 2.5 bath main house and a separate casita/guest house and has been newly remodeled. The main house includes:

Living room-
Newly furnished living room has a sofa, loveseat and chair. It is a minimalistic and modern feel with a 32" flat screen smart tv and a wine nook, making it perfect for entertaining.

Kitchen-
This light and airy kitchen has all new appliances, new granite countertops and a spacious dining area where you and your family/friends can enjoy meals together. Amenities include:
-4 burner oven/stove
-Side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker
-8 seater dining table
-4 seater island
-Full size dishwasher
-Coffee Machine
-Plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for the entire group

Laundry room with full size washer and dryer

3 bedrooms-
Room 1: Master bedroom with king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, plenty of closet space, bathroom and access to the double balcony that is perfect for catching sunsets over the ocean.
Room 2: Large bedroom with a queen size bed and a twin over double bunk bed, dresser, nightstand and closet space. It accommodates 5 and is the perfect "family" room. It also has ocean views and access to the double balcony.
Room 3: Smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds and nightstands. This room is perfect for the kids has floor to ceiling corner window with Ocotal Bay view through the palm trees.

Hallway bathroom for those in rooms 2 & 3 and an additional half bath easy to access from living/dining area.

Guest house/casita is located on other side of carport and is wheelchair accessible. It has a queen size bed, contains its own kitchenette and large bathroom and has double doors leading to the private pool deck.

Guest interaction:
While I will not be available in person, there is a concierge on the property that is happy to help with your immediate needs. Whether it be changing a light bulb, housekeeping, room service, providing directions or scheduling your fishing charter or jungle canopy tour, please know that we have you taken care of.

Neighborhood overview:
Villa Cielo is one of 40 stand-alone villas located within the beautiful 5 star Bahia Pez Vela resort community in Playa Ocotal. It is located just 30 minutes away from the Liberia (LIR) airport.

Bahia Pez Vela is located on the secluded black sand beach know as Playa Azul. It contains a beach club with a double tiered infinity pool overlooking the beach and award winning Maracuya restaurant, as well as a lesser known cliffside community pool just steps away from Villa Cielo. Spend your days hanging out at the beach and then grab a drink and unwind cliffside or at your own private pool.

Getting around:
Villa Cielo is located about 10 minutes from the town of Coco, where you will find all of your grocery stores as well as many restaurants. It is highly recommended that you have a car while visiting this property. If you need assistance with this, please let us know and we can recommend some good options.

Other things to note:
Our in-house concierge service located at the main office offers a wide variety of adventurous site seeing trips. Have a boat pick you up right of the beach for your deep sea fishing trip. Maybe you'll enjoy hot springs and a mud bath at the base of a volcano (Arenal). How about soaring through the rainforest canopy on a zip line.
