The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Recyclables including metal and plastic must be put in the recyclables garbage bin directly, not in a garbage bag or the city won't take it.
Please ensure the storm door is closed and latched and lower the umbrella and tie it.
Cardboard needs to be broken down and placed in the blue bin next to the garbage cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is not a party house. Our neighbors are full time residents. $2,000 fine assessed by owner to renter if police are called for noise violation.
Noise/ music must be kept to a low/respectable level past 10pm even inside. Neighbors homes are very close. $2,000 fine assessed by owner to renter.
Guess must be limited to those named on the rental contract. Additional guest must be subject to approval in writing. $2,000 fine will be assessed.

What a beautiful home on the boardwalk! If you want to wake up to a view every morning this is the place! This house has everything you need for your stay as well. It is winter so we didn’t need anything for the beach but if we did it was all provided! The home was so clean and spacious! Noelle and Bill were very responsive. There is nothing but great things to say! What a great stay! Christmas Vacay 2025 was a great success because of this perfect home!

We decided to extend our Disney trip by a few days and Phillip was beyond accommodating in working with us. Beach Week

Great location! Noelle & Bill were very responsive to our questions. Fireworks on the beach were a nice surprise Thursday night. We had 8 people, and flew in for the trip. We rented a Suburban, so parking was a bit of an issue. Overall a very nice week!

We both work demanding jobs in technology and consulting, and after the COVID chaos and loss of two dear family members, we decided life needs to slow down and we need to focus on our family and relax a bit more. We searched forever for the perfect oceanfront home to do just that. We love the water, and waking up in the master bedroom with a 180 degree of the ocean just feels like heaven. We hope you love it here as much as we do! Welcome to our home!

Why they chose this property

Although this is a new VRBO listing, we have traveled all over the world for business and pleasure and understand what a luxury property should look and feel like. We love this home for the obvious reasons: being able to step onto the beach right from the front of the home, walking to Jenk's with our kids to play boardwalk games or go on rides, front row seats to spectacular fireworks on the beach every Thursday during the summer, live music at Jenk's and Martell's, and the abundance of restaurants within walking distance...oh, and did we mention that SPECTACULAR view from the master bedroom?
