This is cabin living! Formerly known as Idlewild Ridge, enjoy outrageous sunrises and sunsets from this beautiful cabin, perched atop a knoll in the Fleetwood community. Privacy is yours as you rock on the covered porch, or enjoy a cookout on the wrap around deck. Inside you will find rustic charm in every direction. Master bedroom on main level features a King size bed, and lots of windows to enjoy the scenery. Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV. Full bath has a spacious linen closet, nice vanity and tub/shower combination.

The great room has wide plank hardwood floors, a propane casting stove (usable October-May) and lots of rustic charm and is open to the kitchen/dining area as well. The well equipped kitchen features a gas range, bar area seating and a compact but efficient design. A stack unit washer/dryer completes the main level.

The loft above is accessed via spiral staircase and includes two twin beds for your family or guests. There is a large wide open lawn area, gravel drive and spacious wrap around deck/porch. Come and enjoy the Blessed Sunset Getaway experience.

Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Mature, well-trained dogs welcome. Pet fee $25/night each. Max of 2 dogs.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles required in the winter months
- For larger groups, Bearadise at Blue Ridge is only 3.5 miles away.
- Please note there is a small cemetery visible through the trees behind the cabin.
- All BRMR homes offer kitchens stocked with all utensils, dishware and cookware needed to cook and enjoy meals. There is also a "starter set" of other essentials including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you. Please plan to bring any food or pantry items you wish to use.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
